Either broccoli or peas. Kidney beans are really good too, but harder to eat just by themselves... well in quantity, that is. They're better as a compliment than the main course imo.

Earbuds: never. Headphones: every time I am on my laptop for gaming (otherwise I use my speakers) or when I'm in bed (but still on my laptop). Also when I'm at the gym (but without my laptop).
