Nope. to name one example, when I got the Switch Lite I bought 2 games alongside it: Super Mario Maker 2 & Pokemon Shield.
I briefly played SMM2 to try it out, but I really wanted to play Shield and ended up playing that pretty soon. Have yet to go back for SMM2... assuming that even has a completable story mode.
If not there's Crash Bandicoot's N-sane trilogy for the Switch as well.

Do you like to explore for items and whatnot or sidequests in a videogame or do you generally only stick to the main storyline?

It depends on a game, but I like to. Dark Souls made me realize it can be worth it.

Yeah, definitely. It's something I've been trying to work on, but progress is slow.

If you end up in a retirement community when you are like 80 years old, will you still play video games?

Hopefully I won't even reach that age. But probably not. I'm not too sure if Pokemon gen 50 or 60+ will still be interesting enough for me.

When does your work/school day usually start?

Work starts at 10. Leaving for work is at 9:40. Preparing myself to leave for work starts the previous day.

Do you like the school/company you're in/at?

I guess I can say I like my college, even though I've practically never been on campus, I've done all online classes instead.

Have you ever completely thrown in the towel during a shiny hunt/hatching?

I have never had the slightest thought about starting a shiny hunt :)
Maybe that's why I have never had any shiny Pokémon, even in fangames (except the red Gyarados from HGSS...) 😭

Ironically, I'm also apparently the only one at work who's actually news literate. The others are just either taking that stuff at face value or interpret things however they want. <_<

Almost daily check in the morning on the Chrome app. I also check the trending hashtags on Twitter. If I see something, then something happened lol.

What was your dream job when you were younger?

I really wanted to become a 'video game tester' when I was a kid. In my mind this meant the person just constantly played video games to test them out and got paid for that, I had no idea what would actually go into that kind of thing involving debugging code and all that.

Nope. We did some costume wearing stuff way back in school. And I always hated it! <_<

Yes and no.
I do watch a lot of Pokeon related content such as "this or that thing decided our Pokemon team and then we fight'' videos and nuzlockes and random other stuff........
.... but it's usually as white noise while doing other stuff so I only see like half of it xD

If you could transform at will into any videogame character who would you pick?

If I transform into Link does that mean I can just cut grass and find money? :P

That's honestly a tough one, because even if I can transform into them, I wouldn't go to their world, so it seems there wouldn't be much use in turning into them but staying here? I'm just going to go with Link then... :X

I got a Wii U when I was 12.

For an impoverished kid who didn't get many new things, this was a massive deal for me. I still have that original Wii U.
