Even though there are some non evolvers that are perfectly strong battlers. For some reason I can never bring myself to train one on my main team. I think it's because I like the idea of a pokemon changing over time....however one stage pokemon never change no matter how many levels they gain. So I guess for me it seems like they're haven't made as much progress as those that have evolved.

Is anyone else like this or am I the only one?

I'm not saying I don't like pokemon that don't evolve, I really love pokemon like Solrock and Lunatone. I'd just be very unwilling to use one in my main team. (even just for the in-game storyline)

I feel the same way. The ONLY time I ever used a non-evolving pokemon in my Main Team that I used in the Pokemon league was Pachirisu and even though it kicked some serious tail, I simply took it out of my party. Non-evolving pokemon just don't appeal to me. My Shiny Manectric was my powerhouse in Sapphire, so I know that if Pachirisu could evolve, I would've kept it in my main team.

I only like using certain Pokemon that don't evolve. Like Heracross and Pinsir. But that's it, I don't like using many other Pokemon that don't evolve.

I don't think I've ever actually used a Pokémon that doesn't evolve. o_o I don't particularly like any of them, but even if I did, I think I would get bored of something that didn't evolve at all. D: I know I get bored training a Pokémon up past its final evolution if it evolves early (not all the time but sometimes) so training something that doesn't evolve at all would just be so bland, haha. I'm always looking for the next move learnt or the next evolution and counting down the levels until I reach it so I'm not sure I could train one.

Heracross + Pinsir run was fun, so I guess it doesn't bother me...
Also, Legendary pokemon don't evolve and most people have used some at least once (don't deny it, you know it's true ;]).

Ntm Dunsparce doesn't evolve :3 I find as long as there are new moves to learn then raising them doesn't get boring.

Many of my favorite Pokemon never evolve! To name a few, Torkoal, Zangoose, Seviper... Did I mention I love Hoenn?

Not to mention that these are the only Pokemon I can use. I'm not allowed to evolve my Pokemon since I'm Christian.

I like using them, they've just got this certain edge to them that evolving pokemon don't.

Also, druddigon and stunfisk are single-stage. That should be enough proof.

    I have used a lot of pokemon that don't evolve but I agree that it isn't as fulfilling. When a pokemon evolves after I've trained it I feel accomplished. When it doesn't, even if it's not supposed to, I feel like my hard work didn't pay off D;

It's more fun when you have a team and you're anticipating evolution, but I like quite a few Pokemon that don't evolve, like Rotom and Smeargle<3 I just stick to using what I like! :)

I don't mind using them. It (usually) means that they're pretty pro already (Luvdisc notwithstanding) so I don't have to wait to get them at their best. Sawk/Throh are amazing in B/W for just that reason.

Normal, I don't use Pokemon that don't evolve because I like putting effort in a Pokemon that can evolve so that it can evolve.

I've never used non-evolving Pokemon, but not because it's because I have anything against not evolving. It's just that none of them strike my fancy. If they come up with a non-evolving Pokemon that I like, I'd gladly use it.

I rarely use them, but it also depends on their stats, and how they do in battling. If I use a non-evolving Pokemon and it becomes pretty good in battling, I'll likely use in in gym battles and possibly the elite four.

I like pokemon that evolve, but to me, they evolve too early. They pegged teh time to evolve from baby forms, but it seems like they stay adolesent for too long. Partly why I like dragon types. Although I would like to see pokemon get a fourth evo, around level 80 or so. It gives me determination to train.

I like using Pokemon that do evolve, since I'm always anxious to see it evolve, but I also like some Pokemon that don't evolve like Tropius, and Basculin.

Having a Pokemon that evolves is funner, but what makes me want to use a Pokemon on my team is if I like it. There are plenty of Pokemon I like that don't evolve; I love Chatot (got a plushie of one), I have a Rotom on my main team, a Dunsparce and Skarmory are on my Soul Silver team, and I'll be using a Sigilyph for my future White Team. However I do wish some of these had evolutions, but I still like them as they are.
