AQUA

Water is needed for all living things. How much water have you had recently? Also is there a special way you drink it? Some drink straight from the tap, others run it through a filter or buy bottled water. Straws or ice may or may not be used. There are folks who want water served hot instead of cold. Maybe you add something to the water to give it more flavor like sprigs of mint or a lemon, or are a fan of mineral water.

I do enjoy water, but am forgetful about drinking it. I drink fruit juice and oatmilk more, and fell short of the recommended 8 glasses of water a day, as I usually do, but I probably got 4 or 5 glasses of water in. Just regular water from the faucet or refrigerator dispenser is fine, but will drink bottled water, if it is available. I like water when it's cold or at least room temperature. Also prefer ice cubes in it that I can play with and crunch.

What are your water habits?

I like my water ice cold...if I even drink it in the first place. I have to be pretty desperate to have plain water. It's got to be flavored though...usually cherry, fruit punch, apple. I'm big on Cirkul.

I tend to drink water, and I have to drink plain water most of the time. I carry a water bottle with me that's 24 oz, and drink about two a day of that. Doesn't matter if it's from the tap or filtered/bottled, but I do prefer cold. The only flavoring I'll add to it is some electrolyte drink after a workout.

Also, if it counts, I drink a lot of sparkling water.

We drink water that dispenses from our refrigerator that is also connected to a well. We also keep bottled water.

I avoid certain brands. (Such as Dasani Water which adds minerals for flavor).

Water is very essential for me. I can go without food in specific situations, but not without water.

I consume water at regular interval. And nothing beats the smoothness and comfort of what water gives during the hot summer days.

I prefer normal(room temperature) or slightly chilled water, as icy cold water is not easy to drink for me, plus it doesn't douse off the thirst.
