born and raised in the city. I like the space and seclusion of the country, but I'll always prefer a big city over a big open space

    just a city boy
born and raised in south detroit west london

he took the midnight train district line going
    aaaannyyyyywheeeeeeeeere

i especially like this because i was in london for the first time this summer and used the district line a lot

on behalf of TFL, I apologise for how slow the district line is.
at least you get phone signal for most of it

to be honest i was sort of in love with the city the whole time. making my way around the london underground from heathrow airport to aldgate east was a blast - especially after a red eye flight. something about the lack of sleep and exhilaration of being somewhere new and huge for the first time was fantastic. and from aldgate i could so easily get to many places of interest.

    i just wanna go baaaaaaack

Haha, that makes sense why you're nowhere near as jaded as me then. To be fair, if you were around the east end there's so much to do and it's such a cool place to be, it's just west London I have a problem with. And the fact that the district line's west side is so unbelievably slow. xD

    you should come back though!

I'm a city person :3 I need to have everything close to me so I can walk to get what I need.

I grew up in the country and I quite enjoy it but I live in the city now and it's just so nice. I love being able to walk down the street for any shopping or dining out I wanna do. I love falling asleep listening to the cars outside my window, the occasional sirens and whatnot. It's just so comforting.

city by far. i can just walk around in one for hours and i won't be bored. they really fascinate me.

I'm very much a country or small town person. Being in any major city seems to be quite intimidating to me. I know most of the important stuff is found in major urban centers, but I wouldn't give up the rural life for the convenience of doing some major city-specific things close by.

City person 1000% I have no clue how I survived 19 years in suburbia corn land.

That being said, one day I'd love to have a beautiful mountain house in a cozy town. But that will likely remain a dream; if it ever does happen it'll be when I'm much older. I think I'll be a city person for a loooong time.

I live in the largest settlement in the greater area. It holds just under 6k people. I hate it.

I was born in the city and spent my young childhood in 3 bad ones before being dragged out to the country. While it was nice at first, there's just...

    Noooooooothiiiiiiiiiiing....

So, I'm a city person. I go whenever I get the chance. I love city architecture and modern buidlings. I even more love having stuff to actually do. Shopping malls, stores, attractions, events, concerts, etc are all things I am no longer accustomed to.

And I have to say of the cities I've been to, Sydney is by far the best... So... Good job Aussies. I really want to go back...

Anywho thats my answer with a bunch of ramblin'. I love the city over the country.

I remember when my dad lived in the country and I was literally stuck in a house like 2 kms away from anywhere with humans and it was horrible. I'd take a city with millions of people, public transport, tons of work opportunities and essentially every shop/service/entertainment I can possibly think of within a few kilometres.

I think it would be country, there's nothing near my house but oil palm plantation and rubber trees. Beside, there was once a huge dumping site area just a few miles away from here. My everyday life however, filled with dopamine of computer games. Yet , I still enjoy the beauty nature and often go for jungle adventure with my dad.

Born and raised a city girl. But now I live in the country. Both are lovely and equally have their pros and cons. Not gonna lie though, I miss the city.

I like wide open fields and quiet areas, I'm a country person.

I've never lived in a quiet area but my sites from work are in 'out of the way' areas.
