    For those of you who just can't read illiteracy, the question is, Are You A Good Typer? XD

    Honestly, I stink at typing; I can type fast, but I always have typos, grammar errors, or confusions with words that are spelled the same. So, are you a good typer, or do you have trouble typing?
     
    I'm a very good typer. I do about 65 words per minute. If I'm in a rush, I can probably do 100 with many spelling errors. Sometimes my brain cant even keep up with my typing
    It also explains why I have such big/meaty posts. I just cant spam, it's so wrong for me.
     
    Not to brag or anything, but I'm an awesome typer. xD; I have always been able to type fast without many typos, and I don't have to look when I'm typing. School really helped with that though, seeing as part of the grade 6 curriculum was this computer program called "All The Right Type" or something. We practised on that for months, gawd it was so boring. D:

    Anyway, yeah. I guess I am. :3
     
    Most of the time I am. I have alot of typos though when I am typing too fast for my own good. They aren't major ones, but little minor ones with an extra letter or something.
     
    If I'm tired, I'll typo a lot. XD; Honestly, I don't think I type very fast, but everyone says I do, which is weird. I never remember to take any speed tests though. Even if I did, I'd fail them because of typos~ I make a lot, though it usually depends on the keyboard I'm using and how dark the room is. I don't look at my keyboard ever, but I always rely on my peripheral vision when I place my fingers down and if it's dark, on my laptop's black keyboard...I'll often miss home row by one and end up typing everything wrong. XD;

    But overall I suppose I'm pretty good. Most people are when they're chatting or on forums a lot, as I've been for the last couple years. o.o;
     
    I am a fast typer but since I type so fast, I'll occasionally make a typo but I'll be quick to fix it. xD While typing this, I misspelled 'while', 'typing' and 'Palatino Linotype' for the font.

    A lot of people IRL have asked me if I took lessons. Nope, it just came to me naturally. Which is strange because at my old school, I SUCKED at typing. I was so slow!
     
    I'm not a good typer for the most part. I type with only 2 fingers, and I type at 40 wpm. I'm always going back to check for any errors I have made.
     
    In my family, it is a tie between my brother and I for the fastest typer. We both spend copious amounts of time on the computer, and have practiced typing. I even took lessons in school.

    As for mistakes, I catch them as I go. It's that inner grammar police member inside of me that catches them fast.

    A true story comes with this. I walked into my Advanced Composition class fifteen minutes late. I only had five minutes to write an one-page interview. Two kids walked into class after me. I had two pages, they had a paragraph. The reason for that is because of my ease with typing, and the fact that I can formulate my thoughts quickly.
     
    I can type pretty fast. I spend alot of time on the computer, and when I'm at school, either using one of the million worthless desktops or using my iBook (woo!), people around go, "Wow, you type so fast". And I'm like, "Well.... I'm on the computer alot". XD
     
    If it's a topic I really want to type about, then yes. If it's something boring that I don't really wanna type, then...kinda..Yeah. XD
     
    Oh, I can type so fast if I want to. :3 We have to do a typing program in one of my classes, and I can it in the 100s. However, if I type fast, I make typos... lots and lots of typos. @@ It's insane what typos I can make if I go fast enough.
    If I slow down to ~70 WPM, I usually don't make as many typos. I just don't like going that slow if I'm on the forums and such. I do it in the typing program though; if I improve my WPM, I get more game chances. XD;;

    Overall... I'd say yes? XD
     
    It depends on how much I'm paying attention. If I'm focusing on what I'm typing, I'm really slow & make tons of typos, but if I'm IM-ing someone, not really caring whether my spelling is good or not, I type faster and hardly make any mistakes...I have no idea why.
     
    Well I don't often consider myself a "God typer". :p

    I can type really fast without looking at the keyboard. I can even type fast without looking at the screen OR keyboard. Like when my mum's in my doorway talking to me I move my head and continue typing. Sometimes I wonder why they don't consider it creepy that I do that. :p
     
    I can type pretty fast when I feel like it or when I know what I am gonna type otherwise when I don't know what I am typing I take ages and I usually make the odd error when I am typing.
     
    Well i'm a alright typer i wouldnt say i am a hero or anything but i can do 41 words per mintue which i think is pretty fast, Heh it's nothing special just something i regualy do most of my time is spent on the computer, But also just because i might be fast doesn't mean i always spell things the correct way, But then again everybody makes mistakes ^^''
     
    ^^ I think I'm a good typer? Well during ITE we do this program called "Type Quick" and at the end they tell us how many words we typed per minute. Mine was around the sixties...so I'm guessing thats fast? But I make the occassional mistake....nobody is perfect...
