I'm actually a regular at gelbooru and safebooru.
My favorite artist of "moemon" or "gijinkas" is ranphafranboise I like all his stuff. Most of the gijinkas I like aren't really "Moe" (term for cutsey). Most of the ones I like are a bit ecchi, and more of just gijinkas.

I'm willing to watch everything, but fourth gen. I like third gen's Japanese dub better, as the voice for May is better IMO. I love B/W it really feels like the POkemon team did a good job with trying to fix up the anime.

Favorite anime would have to be Higurashi and least favorite would have to be Kanokon but that's just from the top of my head.

Eh it can be hit or miss depending on how much of said fanservice is in the show to begin with, it can be great like with HSOTD or painful like well Kanokon lol.
