My favorite character would have to be either Itachi or Kakashi in all honesty, they both have the Sharingan yet unlike people like Sasuke or Tobi/Madara they are pretty respectable overall if I do say so myself.

Twi, when you meet a new person, what is the first thing you notice about it?

I notice how they talk/type. I can see if they are blunt, if they decide to make things into an insult, or if they act cute with words/text. I perfer the last one when talking to people, as it feels much nicer to know the person.

There are several laws I'd like changed actually, to work better with modern society :P
For example I want better specifications on what can be considered art. Looking at street art as vandalism and, say, manga as child pornography are pretty big issues, I think.
