A mess of swirls has covered her upper back like it was a canvas. Lines going every which way even extending down the back of her arms. The very image of it is open to interpretation; depending on how you tilt your head the tattoo seems to form a variety of different images. The last one more intricate than the next, Marwa believes it displays a scene, perhaps of the future or maybe one of that has passed.

Physical:
Being small in structure has made it easier for Marwa to being overlooked, which in her book that is an advantage, as she dreads any and all attention. She is relatively thin, more fit from the grueling sport practice sessions she had to participate in. Though, none of that is entirely noticeable due to the attire she wears, which translate to another advantage. Her hair is long, the length of it was halfway down her back last time she checked, but it is always kept up and under her shayla. Never to see the light of day, it is easier that way. Like her mother her eyes are an unsettling shade of brown that will crack the will of any man.

Clothing:
Though, she is not in Qatar anymore, Marwa has not given up the way she was taught to dress. Qatar is a more modernized Middle Eastern country and burqas or headscarves aren't something that are required for women. A loose shayla is an item of clothing that she never seen without, rarely does she not have a few strands of hair hanging out of it. Living in an Islamic country for her entire life has taught her to always have her shoulders, chest, and knees covered at all times. She has given up on wearing the abayah and instead as adapted to Westernized shorter dresses that still are modest. Most of her clothes and/or shaylas are plain colors in order to not attract unwanted attention. A purse hangs down from her shoulder, one that will contain her notepads and a bunch of different pieces of paper and art utensils. Regular, black slip-on shoes are her favorite as they are easy to put on and to take off without much effort. There aren't any accessories that Marwa will wear, again, attention is one thing she can go without.

Personal:

Personality:
To describe herself Marwa wouldn't even used the words "interesting" or "unique", no, she's fairly bland. A prop in the background, something that's only needed every once and awhile then it's put away for safekeeping. Dominance isn't her style, being aggressive doesn't come easy. She's capable of it, especially when it's not in the form of verbal communication, such as playing sports, which can easily translate into fighting. As a strategist by nature Marwa sees everything as a puzzle that's begging to be solved. Every situation is either a puzzle or a game and she, as a player, should always be one move ahead. Occasionally this leaves her vulnerable because Marwa thinks five steps ahead, then ten steps, and then twenty steps band efore she has realized it her opponent has changed their strategy altogether. Which is why there are a few rules she has decided to live by. She will never leave herself open to attack or vulnerability, that's the easiest way someone can take you down, a direct attack. To think people are "good" at heart has completely been erased from Marwa's mind. She has seen one too many deaths, one too many of her friends not coming to school to know that people are not good at heart.

Always, always know the weaknesses of yourself and of others. It is plain foolishness to Marwa to not know her own limitations and for her to not know others. People exploit weaknesses when there's an opening that is a guarantee. Plus, knowing the weaknesses of others shifts the advantage over to her. Never trust someone with your secrets, never trust anyone period, even if they are family. Trust was a thing Marwa gave away free like candy, but since she has closed up shop never to let another finger touch the treat. Do not put show all of your cards at once, that will get you killed. Letting people into the plans that were created can spell trouble. All lessons she has had to learn one way or the other.

As a writer and now, as an artistic, Marwa is forced to pay attention to the finer details. This has made her a very good observer of human behavior and has given her the ability to pinpoint and recall specific phrases or words that are often ambiguous in nature. Her view on life and the world has become extremely jaded and cold. Marwa is reserved in her views, nothing is spoken unless she feels like there is a need to speak them. In fact, she barely speaks at all. More likely than not she is either writing something down in one her notepads or doodling on the side of it. Instead of a verbal response there is a chance she'll just decide to write it, tear it out, hand it to the person, and then walk away. A perfectionist at heart causes Marwa some problems, especially when it comes to her ability. She refuses to breathe life into one of her art pieces until it is perfected. Being in the spotlight or close to it is damaging and she prefers to let others handle things. Often times it is easy to persuade her because of this.

History:
Marwa's life was ended prematurely; or rather that is what her family has chosen to go along with. It wasn't always like that, she used to be one of them, apart of a family that was loving and caring. She grew up in Doha, a city that contains 60% of Qatar's population. Being the daughter of Emir Hamid bin Khalifa Al Thani of Qatar was an easy task when Marwa's was one of the youngest and when her father had at least ten children older than her. The line of succession would never reach her sons, it was something that she never had to worry about growing up. That, however, did not let her off the hook seeing as she was still the daughter of the Emir. The background is where Marwa kept herself firmly planted, as it gave her a nice view of all that was to be seen. It was much simpler to blend in with her surroundings than to try and be well known, especially with how large her family had grown and was still growing. Her studies were only the topic of conversation if they were slipping or if she was not at the top of her class. With over ten children, a multitude of grandkids and great grandkids, and being the leader of a country, Marwa never received much attention from her father. Only at meals where the entire family gathered did she sometimes speak a few words to him, he was a nice man, but raising her was her mother's responsibility. It didn't bother Marwa much; her mother was the second wife of the Emir, Mozah bint Nasser Al Missned, and was important in Qatar and a role model for women everywhere. To be raised by such a woman should be considered an honor and that it was.

Friends in school were made, but most of the time Marwa had the feeling it was because of family ties. She was expected to be in friendships with the children of the other rich/noble families of Qatar. It allowed Marwa to get away from her family, to actually be recognized as a person instead of constantly ignored. Participation in extracurricular activities was always something that she looked forward to after school like a prize for a hard days work. Her one true love was writing, that was what Marwa had became really passionate about yet due to her mother's strict advice she was told to join a sports team. It was then they reached a compromised, if she joined at least one sport then her mother would allow her once and awhile to attend the writing club. Sports were fine; it was something Marwa really had to work at, if anything she was the opposite of a natural. With writing she excelled, she loved it, it was fun, the way stories were told, and the way stories could be told. All of it was intoxicating to Marwa, which is why she decided she wanted to be a writer, someone who told the stories of others.

Then the reveal happened, it rocked Marwa's world, not only because of the searing pain she was put through, but the overwhelming fascination she had with it. She knew she was Atlantean, she embraced it, but she also hid it for as long as she could. The world around her was morphing into something new and dangerous and it wasn't stopping. The news cycles were endless, Marwa knew that's what she was going to write about, Atlanteans. Cairo, Berlin, Paris, all of it happened so quickly. Every newspaper, conversation, and thought she had was dominated by this new phenomenon. People were being killed and persecuted, laws were being passed to bar Atlantean from openly displaying their "talents", which were said to go against Allah and all their Creator stood for. An Atlantean Relief Center was not allowed to be placed in Qatar, most felt it was a symbol for allowing such monsters to exist. If anything the only thing to come would be the death of those that walked through the doors of it. The revelation of Marwa's Atlantean heritage shifted her from a background character to being thrust into center stage. Family members knew her name and all of them wanted to forget it. Right away it was decided that she was not one of them, not anymore. Marwa was taken away, kept prisoner in a room until the day she was saved.

Ability:
Marwa has the ability typically called, "Artistic Animation." The user has the ability to give life to beings and objects when they put their will into their drawings, sketches, paintings, or through any other artistic means. These beings can act on their own accord if the user's will is not strong enough to contain them. Most of the time the two work in tandem with one another. The length of an animation is also dependent on the will and strength of the user. The animations are not made of the material that they are created on, but as Marwa imagined them, living, breathing creatures or objects that function how they are supposed to.

Physical: Adaeze's height has rarely been a problem for her. Sure, she may have a problem reaching something high up on a shelf but she's gotten more than a few compliments on her height that she won't be complaining about. As for her build, it hasn't changed too much since the unveiling. As her ability emerged she gained more muscle mass, increasing both her weight and her size.

Adaeze's dark brown hair is passed shoulder-length and she will continue to let it grow indefinitely. At the base of her sternum she has a scarification in the design of a leaf. Her dark eyes are intense.

Clothing: Adaeze typically wears dresses and skirts in her everyday fashion. While not against them, Adaeze typically doesn't wear pants because she likes the look and feel of dresses and skirts much better. Adaeze also doesn't normally carry around any kind of purse or satchel. The only times she does so is when she knows it will be absolutely necessary like to make a payment or to carry some other needed document or item, but at the same time Adaeze is just as likely to decide to carry those things in her hand or a pocket rather than tote around a purse. In accordance to her religion, Adaeze always wears a dark iron bracelet and a Kachehra and carries a Kirpan and a Kanga. Adaeze usually wears high-heels, flats, or sandals.

Personality: Adaeze would heal an enemy as quickly as she would punish them. She believes in forgiveness as a value and finds it important to forgive enemies for their misguided wrongdoings. Though she never allows it to consume her or lead her astray, Adaeze prefers to give her forgiveness after the proper action has been taken. She thinks--she knows--a lesson can be learned from every trial and one should seek out those lessons whenever they may present themselves. If you need help finding one, she'll be glad to assist you. Adaeze is not gentle, but simply non-antagonistic. Despite any look she may give you she has no interest in starting. However, she won't hesitate if fighting does come to the table. As far as a fight may go and as hard as she may hit, Adaeze would never actually kill the person she fought. Killing is against her beliefs morally and spiritually and there are an extreme few reasons she could justify ever killing someone. Adaeze could go as far as maiming, but never as far as killing.

When it comes to her power or power in general, Adaeze gets her inspiration from the creatures in the world around her. The strength of a lion, the agility of a hare, and even the speed of a common bug are all things she's inspired by. If she can become as strong or fast or agile as these creatures then what amazing heights she could reach! Adaeze's inspirations for a long time were mere dreams of greatness, but with an Atlantean power those could be realized. It drives her to train tirelessly and enthusiastically in order to reach new heights. Her steps to improve herself has made her a admirer of the human spirit and ability. Tools like knives and guns which aide fighting are laughable to her and are a weak show for true strength.

History: Adaeze was born one fine summer morning in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. Her mother worked as a tour guide in Warri and her father worked as an oil worker. With two working parents, Adaeze couldn't get whatever she wanted, but was able to acquire more than other kids. Adaeze is apart of the Ijaw ethnicity and is trilingual because of it. She speaks the native Ijaw language, English, and Nigerian Pidgin English, a common language in the Delta State. Adaeze is also part of the few in this region following the Sikh religion. As Adaeze grew up in Nigeria she had to take a job of her own in a local store and bring money into the family. Along with her brother and sister, Adaeze had an entirely working family.

When the Atlanteans were revealed Adaeze was hit with the same searing pain the rest of the new Atlanteans were. Of course, hers was particularly excruciating with it being on her foot, making walking to and from work (or anywhere really) a painful ordeal. If it hadn't been for discovering her power, Adaeze would have begged for the pain to go away, but when she noticed her strength increasing she was happy with it. The ability to lift more than she ever had before was exhilarating and the more her tattoo developed the stronger she became. Soon enough she was finding every way she could to egg the tattoo on. When it finally came she was both relieved and excited. The only problem was she had to hide it from others.

Ability: Adaeze's ability is Enhanced Strength. Just as it implies, Adaeze can lift over twice her own body weight and more as she trains. As anyone would expect, Adaeze can lift heavy objects like cars and deliver one heck of a punch. However, that's not the limit of her power, but the base. Just like a regular human Adaeze has to train in order to get stronger and better define her muscles. If she ever hopes to lift something as heavy as a train she'll have to exercise with as many cars (or just any dense object) as she needs to to get to the next level.

Adaeze's increased strength can give her new abilities like enhanced jumping and creating shockwaves. Of course, Adaeze's ability also enhances her durability. With so much strength and power it would be impossible for her body to adequately support her ability without becoming more durable itself.

Clothing: Roxana makes sure to wear her clothes better than anyone else could and nobody can deny that she does just that. Although she is able to pull almost anything off, Roxana is often seen wearing more colorful and edgy clothing. Her outfits always include her trademark dark denim jacket, and will vary from a floral blouse and skinny jeans to a short, colorful thigh high dress. Accessory wise, Roxana is definitely not one to go wrong, especially with the amount of bracelets and necklaces she wears. Of course, flats or heels are probably the best options for her, not that she can't pull everything off.

Physical: Roxana appears to be the average pretty girl that everyone knows and to say the least, she is. Her dark brown hair goes just about halfway down her chest before ending at a curl. Her hazel brown eyes are absolutely her best quality and her smooth skin is easily a close second. When Roxana walks by, heads are sure to turn. Stunning lips and alluring eyes, Roxana is someone who's sure to keep the attention of those around her. Of course, Roxana doesn't only want to be defined by her looks.

Personality: In general, Roxana is a very nice and gentle person but to say that Roxana isn't a little difficult to handle is a lie. A very passionate person during sex and often very opinionated, she never hesitates to insert her own thoughts into a conversation and will tend to resort to aggression when her beliefs need defending. Having complete confidence in herself leaves her in a very charismatic position, often giving her the ability to sway people's thoughts over a subject. She believes that you have to look and act the part in order to achieve, and if you don't? Well, you better go home. To her, there isn't enough room in town for you. Being on her bad side wouldn't be a good thing for anybody. After all, she can kick your ass and talk you down.

Of course, that doesn't mean she isn't a girl who likes to have fun. When not causing a scene over her political and social views, you will find her living an almost carefree kind of life. With little need for rules and limits, she won't be afraid to stand out from what others believe are the social norm. Of course, if you were to mess with her while in a good mood, don't expect different treatment.

History: Roxana was born on a fine summer's eve in Barcelona, Spain. Born to a father working as a business mogul and a mother who worked as a nurse at one of the city's many hospitals, she didn't necessarily grow up underprivileged. Growing up was rather easy being an only child, leaving her parents to focus on nothing but her and what she wanted to do. She was raised to be the perfect child and student. She was spoiled as a kid and to say the least, she is not afraid to admit that she used to be.

Things changed however as she grew older and older. Sure, being spoiled as a kid was a good thing, but as a teen? No. Time and time again, Roxana would be completely overindulged and she began to find it extremely annoying. She was a teenage girl, she didn't need her parents to baby her. She began to act out in an attempt to sway her parents' approach and when it didn't work, she went full out. A small change in wardrobe, her new found use of alcohol and cigarettes, and eventually, her excessive partying finally began to changed what her parent's thought they should do. Spoil her more.

She continued her small rebellion until just a while after her eighteenth birthday, where she simply got up and left, a small "I can take care of myself" being her last words to her parents at the time. She quickly managed to get herself a job and apartment during her gap year (albeit with the help of her new roommate). She was happy with her life at that point. She was finally her own person. Again though, things changed and this time, she couldn't do anything about it. I mean, can you stop a tattoo from just…Forming? She was an Atlantean.

Ability: With the power of Kinetic Absorption, Roxana is able to absorb the force behind things such as a punch or energy blast, and then use it as energy to increase her own physical abilities, such as strength, stamina, speed, and durability.

On the the downside, she must be hit in order to absorb an attacks energy. She will still take damage, only absorbing about 50% (and growing) of the blow. She can still become exhausted from over use of the ability and it still has the chance of wearing off eventually. She would not be able to hold the same energy from hours before for example, although, over time she will learn to store more energy within herself.​

This tattoo has emerged on the right side of William's torso, running from his chest down to his waist.

Physical:
William likes to picture himself as unassuming. He stands at an average height with an average build, being not too skinny or fat. William has a fair complexion, though he may lean to the pale side more often than not only because his Scottish ancestry is fairly strong. The ancestry seeps into his features as well defined by a head of thick, wavy brown hair and blue eyes. He has a larger nose than some, with smaller, thin lips. He keeps a thin beard to add some age and definition to an otherwise youthful face. As of late, he tends to wear a perpetual smirk that adds a smug, almost egoistical flair to his disposition.

Clothing:
To further maintain his illusion of unassuming, William's choice of clothing continues to reflect that. He often wears long sleeve shirts, usually of a single color such as green or blue with the sleeves rolled up to a little below the elbow. Any time he has to go outdoors and out of habit, he favors a darker jacket, aiming for black as "black goes with anything" and William hardly has any real dressing sense. For pants, he favors jeans, and he isn't particularly picky on the color or style, choosing comfort over style. This trend continues with his shoes, picking anything that isn't terribly uncomfortable. Other than a fancy watch that he probably stole, no accessories are prevalent, William hardly having the time to invest or care for them.

Personality:
On the surface, William is outgoing and talkative. He speaks with a great sense of simplicity, suggesting there is a slight lack of refinement. Despite this, William is a social animal, engaging in any sort of conversation with unmatched enthusiasm. He's energetic in his exploits, appearing to have limitless energy. He does seem to have a strong desire to be the center of attention, clinging to any attention he can get. This, combined with his occasional blunt nature, is a nasty combination causing William to have struggles in forming any sort of meaningful relationship. When William knocks it down a notch, he is capable of putting on a facade of charm and composure, but that is only once in a blue moon when he aims to impress.

The reality is anything written about is a facade. To picture the true William picture this: Take a plate and shatter it. Then with as much diligence as you can muster, glue all the pieces back together. Any leftovers, try to duct tape together as best as you can. That's a decent picture of where William's mind is slowly degrading towards. In simple terms, William is a diagnosis away from possibly being deemed clinically insane. William's ability has had a strain on his psyche, causing him to emerge with several mental disorders, with multiple personality disorder being the most prevalent as it is the one way his body has developed in order to cope with his ability. As a result, William is often seeing literally speaking with his himself and his multiple personalities, often creating physical manifestations of them in order to appear less crazy (not that it helps much). However, as his brain has been practically torn apart and put back together, the conservations are not exactly normal, displaying a host of (often changing) eccentric qualities and a sad disconnection from reality and the rest of the world.

The disconnection has had slow changing residual effect on his "true" demeanor. William is cold with little regard for those not connected him in some capacity, being more than willing to betray those for his own sake. Being carefree and impulsive, William often acts on his instincts or impulses. This is not to suggest he lacks intelligence, as William is far from it, supporting a host of useless information in his head. It's just that his logic differs greatly from any one else's.

William is experimental, fleeting and hardly committal. He is willing to try just about anything once, unless the idea is completely abhorrent to his personal desires. This speaks volumes for who he is, as William is hardly motivated by anything other than his wants. He is beyond morality, refusing to adhere to ideas of good or evil or even law or chaos. William desires freedom. He desires a world where he can be…him. Some confuse this with anarchy and many judge him to be one, but that would imply he cared about such notions. He doesn't. He only cares for himself.

History:
William's family would really seem like any other. He was born to a hardworking father and an equally hard working mother, who tried to support his older sister, Alice, and later, obviously, William himself. Growing up in Edinburgh, Scotland, William tried his best, at first, to be a good son, but no matter what it never seemed like it was quite enough for his parents. He could never quite nail why he felt that way. Perhaps it was the fact his parents were never around much to support him. And whenever his parents were around, they neglected him. Luckily enough, Alice was there for William and the two became quite close with Alice being the role model that William never really had. She gave him the guidance he needed in his earlier life, pushing the young Scot as hard as she could throw school, life and all the things any young boy would go through.

Then she left.

Alice, being a few years older, was accepted to university in London and was pushed by her parents to accept the offer. This was against some of her better judgement, not wanting to leave her brother alone. She knew that William was hardly ready for the world, having babied the poor boy for quite some time. She believed that without her guidance that high school would eat him without the support system she had provided. To an extent, she was right.

William was all alone in the latter years of his secondary schooling and lacking any sort of support from his family, William was desperate to find something to latch on to. He strived for an identity, something to call his own. As a result, William became experimental. He dabbled in anything: academics, sports, men, women, drugs and crime. He had particularly fondness for the last four on that list, and if it was all together, all the better. In some cases, it was a low point as William did anything to fit in and be "cool" with some group. In other ways, the rush was second to none.

However, he made nothing of himself. Soon after his successful graduation, his father kicked William out as the boy failed to be accepted to any school in the area and his father would have no business feeding a waste of space like his ill achieving son. He attempted to reach out to his sister, but Alice was nowhere to be seen or heard of. Despite his initial worry, William was convinced that he was abandoned.

Attaching himself to drug dealing friends for a while, he did what he needed for money for a few months. However, the operation was soon busted and William nearly got caught. He ditched Edinburgh as fast as he could, finding himself in Glasgow. He cleaned himself up as much as he could, abandoning most of his bad habits and locking up a few jobs as he got a cheap apartment in slums of the city. Depression was inevitable as the deplorable conditions would eat anyone's mind alive. That all changed when the Altanteans revealed themselves. Troublesome sleep was the first of his problems as a tattoo burned itself onto his side (he hated the idea of tattoos surprisingly enough). He thought little of it until he turned in his bathroom the morning after, when he saw himself. Not in a mirror, but standing before him.

It was then everything changed. Let's just say, he experimented. More than you would want to know.

Ability:
Self Duplication: William's ability to create near perfect duplicates or clones of himself, and all clothing on his person. These clones will appear out of his own person and be completely independent capable of thought and decision making. The clones, however, are telepathically and empathically linked to one another with a hive mind mentality, usually following the will of William Prime. The clones identify themselves often as Billy, and usually refer to each as Billy. The user can absorb his clones back into his being which allows him to absorb all the memories, experiences, knowledge and the skills of the clone. This allows the user to learn at an accelerated rate and makes him skilled in numerous areas. However, the reabsorption process is hardly perfect, as William is only capable of assimilating parts of the knowledge he acquires as his mind can only absorb so much information at one time. For example, he often acquires about 75% of the information that a clone offers him when he returns to William Prime. Additionally, creation of a clone has been and continues to be taxing on the progressively fragile mind of William. Each clone is formed by taking an aspect of his mind, such an emotion, and separating it from himself. As a result, multiple, distinct personalities have been shaped. This has made the creation easier in a matter of speaking, but the effects are easy to witness.

Hi All,

after a review of posts and activity, talking to people, coupled with the moving on of the plot, I've decided to take away the two secondary characters, Adaeze and William. For plot purposes, Roxana and Marwa will stay in the RP.

I would also like to formally welcome Lokiepie as Charlotte back into our midst.

Physical: Thanks to practicing sport ever since he was 14, Markus has gained a decent muscular build while making sure he doesn't become huge. He has pale "brown" skin which makes some people ask him if he has Indian inheritance. He has jet black hair and likes going crazy with his haircuts, his eyes are a beautiful cat brown and he has gotten a lot of compliments on them. His lips are fairly small and he always like to rock a grin or a smirk and his nose is decently sized. He always like to keep some amount of facial into a nice beard.

Clothing: The first thing one would think upon seeing Markus' wardrobe is that he is gothic. Because you will only find dark colors there, not a single vibrant or colorful piece of clothing. Also since Mark doesn't really like buying overpriced clothes, it is rare to find him wearing world-known brands that cost a ton. He is a really simple person in terms of clothing so most of the time, you will find plain shirts or jeans without extravagant graphics on them but with sleek and modern design or the logo of some of his favorite music bands. Seeing as he has minor allergic reactions to cotton, most of his clothing are made of polyester.
For accessories however, he likes to wear a lot of them who will vary depending on his mood and the rest of his clothing. But basically, you will always see him wearing two things : his silver Omega watch and a bracelet in gold he had received from his parents on his 18th birthday.

Personality

People whom are friends with Markus will use these adjectives to describe him : outgoing, smart, stubborn and very calm. He tends to get along with nearly everyone by making efforts to be nice to them even if they don't reciprocate his feeling at first. He's always smiling and cheering people up. Even if someone's down, he always tries to find a way to bring a smile or a laugh out of them. Mark is also extremely reliable, if you count on him or trust him with a secret, he will do his best never to fail you. He cares a lot about his friends, could go to extreme lengths just so they could be happy even at the cost of his sadness or more, his life.

Under this seemingly perfect persona, lays an evil side. Despite being a very calm individual, Markus has limits to his patience and once you cross these limits, he becomes a merciless demon to you. Constantly bugging you down and doing his best to make your life a prelude to hell. He's also really really stubborn. Once he says something, it must be the truth for everyone else and he'll refuse to admit he messed up somewhere.

History

Markus had a relatively peaceful childhood. Born in Notthingham, he had the chance to be raised by two loving parents. His father was a lawyer and his mother a nurse and despite not being rich, they were economically stable and could afford a private school for their only child. Then he started to show a great capacity to learn and he was the most advanced in his class. This made his parents really proud and he kept striving to continue achieving his very best. A lot of kids were jealous of Mark's incredible learning ability and this made him subject to a lot of bullying from the other kids. But he always took it with a smile and kept doing what he was good at. Eventually, the ones who used to bully him got tired of always getting a smile as sign of retaliation and gave up. That's when he started making some friends. Generally, he used to hang out with the nerds. He made some really valuable friends while keeping his grades top notch.

Middle school had finished swiftly. Before he knew it, Mark was in high school. Under his parents' pressure, he went to the gym and integrated his school's football squad. They always insisted that he had to practice sports to always stay healthy. He was not as great as some others but he still did really decently at football. It took some time but he became one of the most popular guys in school. Though he didn't forget about his friends that accompanied him from middle school to high school. He'd mostly be seen hanging out with them when he wasn't in football practice or reading. Eventually he fell in love with one of his friends from this group, her name was Eva Gonzalez. Thankfully his parents had approved of her and they were all happy for the lucky couple.

As everyone would expect, Mark got a scholarship to study Business Administration in a prestigious university. Both him and Eva moved seeing as she also got accepted in that same university. He got a part-time job to be able achieve some sort of economic autonomy. Everything was going fine and normal for him. That was, until the Atlanteans manifested. He felt an excruciating pain in his right arm. The realization that hit him was almost as hard as the pain. He was also an Atlantean.

Ability

Wire Manipulation. More precisely, he can shoot wires from his hands and manipulate them as he wishes. He can use them to reach higher places such as roofs or they serve to temporarily neutralize enemies by immobilizing them. Sometimes he'll cover his fists with them to accentuate the damage caused by his punches. However Markus can't reach things that are too far from him, the farthest he can reach would be 15 meters. There is also a limit to how much he can lift before the wires break which is 1 ton. Also he cannot keep the wires out of his hands for too long or he'll start to feel immense pain and his hands will go numb.

Writing Sample

Folding clothes was definitely a boring task that Markus hoped he'd never have to do again. But alas Eva was out for some shopping and someone had to prepare the clothes for their trip back to Notthingham. At this time of the year, they always tried to visit their relatives. He had to admit he kinda missed them during the whole year. They talked every week on the phone but nothing could beat the feeling of actually talking to them. He almost forgot to pack out the gift for his parents in his daydreaming. He extended his arm and looked in joy as a wire left his palm to grab something nearby and to pull it back to his hand. He still felt some kind of pain but that was literally nothing compared to the night he discovered his abilities.

It was night and he was so tired that he literally fell himself falling asleep on the ride back home. Thank God he wasn't the one to drive or else he would already have had an accident by now. It was always Eva who picked him up after work. He felt something itch him in his right arm but he was so sleepy that he paid no attention and just dozed off in the car. The ride was 15 minutes long so he could afford to get a little nap. But that didn't last long, he woke up to a huge pain in his right arm. He was sweating profusely. Despite being concentrated on the road, Eva couldn't help but notice he was in pain.

"Is everything okay sweetie?"

No, things weren't okay at all. He was grasping his arm desperately while feeling as if something was wiggling inside it. He managed to put a fake smile.

"It's just...my arm is itching. Don't worry."

He did not know how he did it but he somehow managed not to yell during the remaining time. As soon as Eva opened the door to their apartment, he ran for the toilets while still maintaining his arm which started bleeding. A cry escaped his lips as some wires came out of his bleeding arm. It hurt like hell. The door of the toilets was opened violently by his girlfriend while hd felt himself fall unconscious as he passed out. That was where his memory of that night faded away. The next morning, Eva had watched the news about some Atlantean thing and he knew that was the origin of his ability.

His reminiscing stopped as he felt someone embrace him from behind. It was none other than his girlfriend that he didn't hear approaching.

"Are these clothes ready yet?" She jokingly asked.

"Done," he replied, "Did you get the food?"

"Yes, I bought us some snacks. We're good to go!"

That was great to hear. Hopefully he'd be able to relax and have a break from his busy life and from everything that recently happened.

EDIT: The post has been posted, feel free to gloss over the day's happening and have your character head to bed. This next plot point takes place in a dreamscape; your character will not be able to use their ability or physically harm another. Once we have everyone caught up we'll move on ahead to the big reveal.

So finally, we arrive at the big reveal. Attached below is a picture of the new tattoo ya'll will be getting. It doesn't have to be in the same spot as your previous tattoo or anyone else's. I'll draw up a reference picture of a Lemurian today so you guys have a visual idea of what they look like.

EDIT: Took the creative liberty and used Spore Creature Creator.
Human Silhouette is 6 foot.
Lemurian's also have differing coloured eyes, much like humans.
