Back to the Basics [Game Over]

I already have a few theories based on what people have said so far.
I'd just rather be positive.

Also, if you push for an rl against an inno, you would most likely get lynched the next phase regardless of your alignment. We have nothing even remotely solid to work off of.

If I don't get another target though within the next hour~, I will submit a kill for Kaneki!!! because she's the one everyone's most suspicious of (among all the names given) and still hasn't spoken up (I haven't checked if she's been online though, but still).
 
I submitted the shot for Kaneki!!!. A little short of an hour, but I wanted to make sure I got it in and to protect myself from getting axed during the night.
 
is the day already ending? i should probably pay more attention to the amount of time left, haha.

to be fair, my fos atm is on Gunner for her... cryptic/unproductive comments so far, but i think something to that effect was also mentioned already. so i guess i'll go along with the NL-parade. for today. the vig can always decide to randomly hit someone again too, so that would already cause excessive slaughter anyway, lol

This post contains precisely what the day has been so far. i hate this debate. All it does is have townies at each others throats while the mafia just sit back and relax no matter which way the townies go.

That's because he easily slips by as mafia. @GreyBidoof I don't have a post restriction. The OP said nothing about a post restriction. Therefore I don't see the point in posting memes where you could be giving tangible thoughts on the game right now, unless you're just trying to be funny.

Not always. A RL is an RL, but sometimes the starter of a bandwagon is not as suspicious as the people who follow. Quick votes in succession are scummy, also if there exists two bandwagons, the vote that pushes the lynched player above the other player is scummy.

Kaneki!!! is the only one who hasn't spoken yet. He's probably the target of the N1 silence. Congratulations, inb4 you killed another townie. Hope he's not a PR.\

You should have shot GB. You said he's hard to read, yet you go for the obvious silencer target. Why?

Here are my general thoughts on players so far. I like Ullion's ideas, and also Superjolt for pushing the game along. Kiyo's vote on gunner I like because of the reasoning behind it, and although I agree with him that Gunner looks scummy, Gunner always looks scummy to me. I think the players on the Honey bandwagon were a little too quick to judge. Honey's responses looked like town responses, as well. I also find Johnny a little odd because he does all this great stuff pushing the game along, asking for people to talk and stuff, but then he just steals someone else's reasons, misinterprets them, and votes for someone based off of that...

That's all that's on the top of my head right now. I think out of everything I will [VOTE]: GreyBidoof for pressure.

Suddenly I feel like a newbie again. This is a first for me, there being days where the people have chosen not to vote someone dead. I guess it can't be worse than D1 bandwagon shenanigans. Hopefully we may learn something with the shooting of Kaneki and any other happenings come the phase change.
 
I chose Kaneki because she was the one people felt was most suspicious, and then I asked for any alternate choices. Obviously that was much earlier, but I tried to get alternate ideas. :/ I said GB is hard to read, not suspicious, so the thought didn't cross my mind. I even said he's always hard to read.

Why so keen to get that shot in? Day Phase doesn't end for another 18 hours (22ish hours when you submitted your shot) so it's very strange that you would be so eager to submit your shot. And you've said you 'tried' to get alternate ideas on who to shoot and have acted a very confusing mix of unsure/hesitant but then very quick to shoot, so you have some sort of defence to use if (when?) Kaneki turns up clean. Eager to shoot and taking precautions so you can say "oh I asked who else to shoot, it wasn't really my decision I'm just acting for the good of everyone" so in the lategame you can say you're not scum?

Your behaviour seems v scummy and unlike you so [vote] Klippy
(Also because I don't think NLing is really that useful)

btw superjolt, i was talking about how kiyo said that me telling i had no gun was pointless, while others before me did also claim not having a gun :x

Because when I showed up dead the next day after having the gun, it'd have been wasted - I wanted to at least get it used and make it evident I was using it. I wanted to guarantee I got the shot in before the phase ended when I was at work for 8+ hours today and had few moments to look around the thread between those times. Went with the info presented and wasn't aware there was that much time left. I also didn't expect to be online after I submitted the kill to be honest. I shouldn't even be online right now as it stands.

I have a lot going on right now offline, so you'll have to excuse my hesitancy, then immediacy to act - I'm making use of the time and ability to read through the thread at rapid pace that I have. I don't see how it's scummy to advertise that I was shooting someone that others felt were suspect in an effort to help get rid of players that aren't participating/are quiet. If I was scummy, I wouldn't have made it very transparent I had the gun and was firing it at someone. :/

Should've just kept quiet if you're going to "suss" me out off of that flimsy logic.
 
If posting memes is suss then i dont want to play mafia anymore. but let's get to real points.

Personally I don't find GB hard to read, although posting memes or something may be seen as shitposting and making someone harder to read because they aren't using a language with specific attitude and all that jazz, I think he's just trying to have fun with it, like when we spam :pepe: in EM. Considering the discussions that have been taking place, I'd want to lighten up with some quality memes and gifs too. Y'all are at each others throats and I get that it's for "reactions" and all of that shit but this is how I see it.
Memes are ok ---> memes are shitposting and not ok ----> you called someone babe that's suss. Let's not turn into this please.

I find Ullion's aggressiveness incredibly unlike him and it's really bothering me, is anyone else feeling this way?
 
That's not what I said at all but thank you for putting words in my mouth and making me look like I don't want quality discussion <3

EDIT: In case you didn't reread my post: I mean that although it was a large amount of memes and looks like shitposting, I don't think it should be what decides a lynch as long as the user is cooperating and actually provides some level of effort into the game, which it seems that GB is doing.

My guesses of who is mafia based on D1:
Bard
Ullion
Superjolt
Klippy

Are they mafia? I don't know for sure. They could be important roles.
So even though I have guesses, or someone else has different guesses, it doesn't mean we should lynch willy-nilly.

Nl is the best option D1. I'm not saying to constantly NL, but it is the best course of action right now.
 
lowkey think vig should hit klippy if kaneki turns up town but that's a risky play and the odds of it ending badly are pretty high.

Also think that we shouldn't assume we have a bad vig when witch could've easily been the one that killed last night.
 
I'll agree with the Klippy accusations. He gave us 1 hour to tell him who to shoot in a forum game with different timezones and he even shot it at 45 mins, like he was afraid of being given a specific target. He may have asked for alternatives, but he just didn't wait for them.
I respect the fact that you're busy IRL Klippy, but still that was uncalled for.

There is also something else you said I didn't like.

You mean that you chose the least vocal player and you called them suspicious because they hadn't talked yet?
It screams like you were looking for any reason at all to shoot Kaneki.


On another note, I see where the Gunner accusations come from, but Gunner always trashtalks. Not defending her, just stating my opinion.
I could also lynch GB just for the lolz <3
