Honestly I'd go back to any year before 2012 so I could see both of my grandparents from my dad's side once more.

Really far back, but not quite medieval so I can still convince people I'm from the future and then tell them the names of all the worst people in history so we can build a cult around making those bad hombres disappear in the centuries after I'm gone.
