Battle Stadium Daily Chit-Chat [Everyone go on the PO server please :D]

Yeah, your tournaments are draining my challengers. :P

The whole Shoddy thing, I've learned the hard way(probably too many times for my own good), is something that, if you don't have, avoid discussion of it at all costs. Personally I don't see team generating on Shoddy any different than a PokeSavd team, but that's just me(this will probably get me flamed).

At any rate Nova League shouldn't have that issue. It will be mainly Wi-Fi. But still, considering its members probably make up half the battlers here, challengers will be minimal.
 
Motisma wasn't shoddy users, just the best of the S&M regulars, who tend to use Shoddy. a lot

Shoddy to me is just a team-building thing where you can build a team without EV training it, and test it out, wrk out all the kinks on your team. Then, you build the same team for Wifi so you don't have to keep on changing it. It can really save time in other words, imo.

I, myself haven't been on shoddy for quite some time now, and probably won't unless Syndrome tells me to since I got SS and working on breeding and such. I'll probably build a team on Shoddy and use it for wifi.
 
Who tend to use Shoddy 90% of the time...yes. xD
You know, I think this place started going downhill after the Final Frontier closed. I personally think that this place cannot run leagues anymore...just tournaments.

Nah, not flamed, but picked at. :)

The way I see it, I would rather test out a cute Quagsire on Shoddy before spending time getting egg moves+IV breeding+EV training it and then discovering any flaws with Quaggy (but hey the awesome monster has no flaws k). COUGH whatever thoughts Alternative stole from me. >:C

Oh wait, unless the majority of battlers just use traded Pokemon in their teams. So idk what is the loss over Shoddy/Sav but not traded Pokemon. :B

Is that what you are implying; your own hard earned Pokemon, your complete victory, and no team building shortcuts via Shoddy/Sav?

Kinda easy to tell who can IV breed here, lawl.

TwilighBlade: Pretty much. I'm not gonna lie, I have some Pokes traded for battle, but once I actually figured out how to EV, I did. Then, the regular "what works and what doesn't" was put in play, starting in the H&S League and Quick Battle Thread, and leading to my MMSL gyms.

At any rate IDK how long tourneys will last because the PC Official tourney is falling into decline. I hope Nova League can help fix this(mainly because we might have prizes), but IDK, with the way things are going.

Nothing, you did not work that hard for any one, so shut up and battle.

Pokemon is all about strategy... Takes 3 minutes to download Shoddy. Why the hate. The boys there are just weird and bored. Go there for battles, not boys. @@
 
I think timing is just bad. People are busy playing/breeding on HG/SS and then they might challenge leagues again.

Regardless, I'll be getting into Wifi more thoroughly soon due to the power items IV breeding help. It'll simplify the whole breeding process. I'll still use sav for TMs and other stuff that would take weeks to get though. >.< I'm guilty, but I'm certain loads of people hack to get all the TMs and other useful training/equipped items.

My mom isn't helping when all she does is give my Psychic resist berries (lol).

Haha yea it is about as dead as nu here X~X the only battles i ever get our with the same people who are in the NU social group i made other then that nothing...i am really hoping that we get more battlers and less Collectors it is starting to bother me

is there anything out there where people can be like gymleaders over wifi and people can play the journey on the forum then go ahead and battle certain gymleaders and obtain badges in the forum after a certian amount of posts in the forum? i think that would be cool its like a mix between rping and wifi battling.

if i were to do somthing like that where would the best place for it to be?
