I'll stay very far away from the ocean for my home thank you very much.

Then again, we do have ice heaves from time to time when there's been a rapid warm up with lots of wind but the ice hasn't fully melted off the lakes yet. Those are rare occurrences and tend to only happen on lakes that are small enough to freeze over completely but still large enough to be several miles wide.
