Sports talk! fitting I guess for this time of year haha. As for myself, I used to be big into watching sports now not so much. I did manage to watch the super bowl last night and enjoyed it very much haha.

As for soccer...I just can't get into it despite how much I would love to :[

My favorite sport to watch is probably NCAA basketball. Go UK Wildcats!! What about you guys, what's your favorite sport to watch?

I guess mine would be basketball if I had to pick. I don't really follow the teams in general but I do find it to be an exciting non stop action sport. Which makes it watchable!

Every time I see the word football or soccer, for Americans, I'm reminded of the leg injury which stops me from playing ;-;

I busted my ass on the ice a few days ago on the way to school, and my hip bone responds very sensitively to pressure ever since.

Never did sports enough to sustain injuries. I have fainted before, though. :P

I don't have great luck with medical things, but it most definitely could be worse.
A lot of it was when I was young, though. I don't remember much, but I've been told about it, and I still have scars on my stomach from surgeries. Apparently I should be dead right now. :D

Ugh, killed my ankle in the snow today. There was a huge puddle of slush in my way, and for the last hour, I'd been walking around them (and would still step in them smh). Decided to have a running start and jump over it. There was snow on the otherside, though, so I didn't have a smooth surface to land on, and proceeded to murder my ankle.

Didn't help that the street my house was on was essentially frozen over, to the point that I was basically skating home.

What compelled you to think that was a good idea?

No major injuries for me, though I did faint during a rehearsal once.

Way to go, Dipu haha. I have no winter-related injuries. Just literal cold feet. I had to put something outside and I was barefoot, so I paced around in the snow for a bit to feel how cold it was. It was....pretty cold.

The fact that if I didn't hurry up, I'd miss my bus and have to stand in the blizzard for god knows how long. :C

i dont have any injuries that have happened in the snow. i did almost get frost bite once cuz a whole lot of snow got in my boot and i had to soak my feet in warm water and hold them next to a fire.

but i play soccer and im the smallest on the team. but i try my hardest and i havent been kicked off yet XD but there is this one teammate who doesnt care about feelings or if he hurts someone, and he stepped on my ankle which made me pull my leg, which i couldnt walk after that, and then he smashed my hip making me fall on the other side of my hip. but no one likes him so thats good. XD

The dude sounds incredibly rude, why is someone like him on the team? Unless he's a fabulous player (sadly), he should be kicked off.

when he smacked me in my hip with his body, my coach calls it a shoulder bump and congratulates him, and he topples over people all the time which are you supposed to do that in high school soccer? i dont know but he would try to pass me the ball a lot when i was on his team and i would miss because he cant pass sometimes and everytime hes like "OH MY G** MASON GET THE FREAKIN BALL" when half the time his passes sucked poop. ive heard of constructive criticism, but apparently he doesnt. he uses destructive criticism. but these things are toughening me up so i shouldnt complain any lol

Ah something similar happened to me. I was in the gym at some high school, and I was going to sit on a char. My friend thought it would be funny to pull out the chair so I ended up falling ass first on the hard gym floor. It hurt to sit for the next week. At least I didn't break it, I knew someone tht broke their tailbone. :x
