Did the winter storms knock out your power? I hate being without power... you so take it for granted when you got it and it's just horrible when it's gone!

We're being hit by some heavy rain and wind and there's danger warnings everywhere along our coast today. There are probably places around the world that would call this Summer,but we aren't used to this here.

Oh, it sucks major monkey balls when the power's out. One doesn't do crap until it comes back on because everything runs on electricity.

Yeah, it happened on Wednesday. College was closed since power was knocked out there as well. I'll be leaving my parents' house soon.

From what my dad said, a few of the markets (including the one I work at outside of the college semester) were barren of food. And let me tell you, I worked during Hurricane Sandy, and as far as busy days at the market went, that probably wasn't this.
