Best condiments for your food?

Oh man, there's so many options... right now chimichurri and salsa have been my go-tos for a lot of stuff.

Probably easier for me to say that I think ketchup sucks and is the worst condiment in existence.

My favorite condiments are sweet and sour sauce, dijon mustard, and mayonnaise.

I've learned some restraint now but I used to put hot sauce on almost every (savoury) thing - food was just a vehicle for getting hot sauce in my mouth. In particular I love the Samyang buldak sauces they're so goodddd

Otherwise, I also really like adding black pepper/ground peppercorns to stuff. I also love love Szechuan peppers but it's not quite as versatile so I only use them in very select recipes.

I have [un]fortunately entered this era in my life right now. Although I'm a lot more basic and it's Frank's Buffalo Wings sauce for me.

Rather depends on the food. Like I prefer Ketchup with fries and hamburgers. That said, the best sauce for fries is Satay sauce. I just don't get it as much as Ketchup is cheaper to get.
I prefer mayonnaise with other potato dishes and meats.

I also use Sweet Chili sauce a lot when I wok so I'll list that one too =P

Big fan of honey mustard. I might even like it a bit more than ketchup (this coming from an American). I don't like to eat sandwiches without mayonnaise. I don't really like when it's just turkey and bread, it's just too bland and dry.

This might sound weird, but a lot of the time we use plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. It does virtually the same thing, which is ironic considering I hate the taste of it by itself.

I'm a total sucker for ranch. It kinda started out as a joke but then became completely genuine. When I think of dipping food in condiments/sauces I think of chicken tenders/nuggets or fries. And depending on my mood I'll usually either pick ranch, hot mustard, spicy ketchup, or hot sauce for those. BBQ and plum sauce are great too, I just won't typically pick them over the others.
