You have a group of people. Person A is a manager in your social group. Person B is a social alpha in your group. Person C is someone who is subject to regular exclusion and ridicule. Person A likes Person B okay and Person B gives face for Person A. Person A is part of those who dislike/exclude Person C, and Person C also dislikes Person A. Person B takes pity on Person C while keeping a mask for Person A and Person C likes Person B for that.

As Person D, can you make all three of these people like you, and have respect for your opinions and preferences?

I'm psyched because I did this today, for real. It's empowering.

no because all these people sound awful lol

It's too much effort and I'd just as soon work alone and not give a damn about what the other three think. As person D you'll either be a cool enough person that they'll work with you anyways, or you'll dodge a bullet and not have to work with most or any of them.

yes, very easily. just don't get involved in the hierarchy (although i feel like how much it exists in the way that you think it does it questionable; you're a very analytical person after all d:) and don't be a dick to any of them.

i'm well liked because i keep my opinion about all people in this said group to myself and use my pretend face when in their presence(s)

    aka me at work
