Hey guys, sorry for not posting or being active on here, I've been having a lot of events pop up that are out of my control resulting in not being able to actually think and discuss. I'm a pretty useless role considering that I can not visit or do anything; I am sided with the town however.

To explain my late vote, I had a lot of events going on like I said earlier, therefore I had never had the chance to discuss, but when I had a chance to read, Calzone was literally at the state of giving up and I needed to put my vote in to prevent being mod killed because I knew more was going to happen today. Now finally having the chance, Tails straight up accused me of being scum straight up for the fact that I "hopped on the bandwagon" even though I stated my reasoning and I would have voted them no matter what. Rereading Day 2 right now, I noticed that EMS has clearly posted a lot of filler that has not contributed to the conversation and most likely is scum imo. Lines like these...

You're overestimating how much when someone voted matters, especially when a person already has enough votes to be lynched anyway.

are absolutely dumb and make no sense. The fact that you think someone is overestimating how much votes matter are simply ridiculous. Voting someone or the way they vote someone can prove a lot for scum reading or town reading, which is why I tr Tails for starting a bw on me, as I was inactive due to uncontrollable events. Another suspicion I have is Nakuzami for a part of their line said at Day 1, reading...

this feels like a double scoop claim

I don't know why when you thought they were double scoop you would vote them. You could have explained why you might think they could be lying about their claim, but the line feels like you believed them but still voted them anyway. It is never optimal to vote a double scoop claim with still a solid 8 hours left of phase change. I'm going to go with my gut and say that ESM is more scummy due to a lot of their filler.

Keys can potentially prevent kills, yes, except if certain roles visit (I don't think they exist in this mafia, though), but you do lose your night action in the process. But...I don't think I have much reason to give any potential mafia members a key, even if we are bonded due to Calzone's actions. Then again, I could already have given a mafia member a key. :/

xDestroy, I also do suspect EMS to be scum because of the responses as well. Considering the circumstances you are in, this does match the times you've been on PC, so I believe you. Might have been too little, too late for the others, though.

Anyways I don't know why ya'll are voting Tails when he claimed a role that does make sense with the flavor text. I may as well claim now I'm choc top which which is just a vested bodyguard. What I wanted to do was have you key me to prevent me from being roleblocked while I stuck to you like butter keeping you safe but if keys stop night actions then rip that. I also really don't think mentioning that we are lovers was a good idea.

You, good sir, are very confident in that weak line of reasoning. He didn't say it didn't matter; he said Tails was overestimating its value, which he was. And he didn't say that it was the vote itself that Tails was overestimating, but the simple timing of it. Care to twist anything else to try for a bandwagon?

Many of Syn's posts had perfectly valid points, and the way he goes about it leaves me somewhat confused at how it could possibly scum ping you unless you were simply trying to twist a townie's actions into an easy lynch

And I don't fully believe double scoop is a cupid, but it's a good possibility. Either way, it's third party, and I don't know why, but PCers have grown accustomed to this strange "if it's third party and doesn't directly hurt town, then who cares let them live," mentality which leaves a bad taste in my mouth. For example, in my game that just ended, I totally would have made the town lose for Kitty still being alive if she hadn't switched to an immortal role partway through (which would have made it unfair to the town since there was nothing they could do). I'm not going to leave a potential third party alive just to go after someone else, unless that "someone else" is guaranteed to be a more dangerous role

I'm not going to just ignore a basically confirmed third party on day one lol
