    Synopsis said:
Special abilities occur among a small percentage of boys and girls in puberty. Yū Otosaka uses his power without others knowing, and lives a fairly normal, average school life. Before him suddenly appears a girl, Nao Tomori. Due to his meeting with her, the fate of special power-users will be exposed.

Who's watching this? Do you feel compelled enough to post your opinions of the episodes in this thread?

Nice first episode, had me laughing and had me engaged for the entire time. Now that's a good first episode. Little sister is adorable and MC is an interesting guy. Hopefully it isn't rushed to fit into 13 episodes, I know I read somewhere this guy would like to work with 2 cour if it meant not cramming everything poorly into 1.

I'll be cautiously optimistic but I'm impressed by episode 1.

Kanye? I honestly could see a lot more of Light Yagami/Lelouch in him than that guy haha. XD; But yeah, I really, really loved the first episode. I didn't think anything would top Gangsta. or Ranpo Kitan for me this season. But this one did manage that quite easily.

It held my attention right from the very beginning to the end. Not at one point did my attentiveness towards it slip. Pacing of the episode was extremely good, art is amazing (sasuga PA), OST was just fantastic (I want the piece that plays when he's being chased lol) and I love the characters shown so far. MC's little sister is super cute, omg. Its like, she's here JUST to fill the void that I was feeling due to Komachi's absense from this season due to lack of Oregairu haha. She was just adorable. <3

Loved MC's attitude and the way the other students tackled him. If the rest of the episodes continue being as entertaining and enjoyable as the first episode, it'd probably be my top summer anime no problem :D High hopes.

The first half was very refreshing for Key/Maeda. I would love to see the main protagonist remain as a jerk for the entire series, but he's going to catch all the feels and many tears will probably be shed on my end.

Wasn't crazy about the little sister's character. But if the Key/Maeda formula says anything, she'll have a tragic past/present and my tearducts will erupt.

This is probably the series I'm enjoying the most apart from Shimoneta and Gangsta. this season. Some really good shit.

It seems like it'll take an SoLish route like Angel Beats! did initially. And then let the waterworks flow during the last few episodes. I'll have my tissues ready, heh.

I don't think anyone has commented on the opening yet. I'll do so - I think the opening is the most visually appealing opening of the season so far. Love it. And the music is fantastic to boot. Really reminds me a lot of Angel Beats' opening. Which isn't a bad thing at all, all things considered. :p

I guess the first episode was just a fluke, or maybe because it focused on the mean MC so he was making it more interesting than it is. He doesn't really do much now, just a suddenly nice guy getting dragged around against his will. There are one episode only characters that nobody cares about having their moment of drama/sadness for the sake of drama/sadness when I feel like they could be spending that time trying to make me care about their own main characters first, all of which I don't remember the names of besides Yusa because she never speaks without mentioning it. Jokes have been falling flat, e.g pizza sauce stop being funny are the first time it appeared, little sister has become just a piece of a repetitive bad joke now.

I don't know, it went from interesting to average quickly. It dropped off. I've been skipping the opening and the ending, both aren't the kind of music I like listening to.

Pizza sauce joke doesn't get me yeah. It ain't funny.

And I feel similar about the characters being one-episode only people and all. Still a fun show though. Obviously doesn't live up to the expectations the first episode set, yeah, but it still is a weekly show that's fun to watch as an episodic SoL rather than a drama with a tight story.

They gave it a real Angel Beats vibe, so I was automatically drawn to it, but that aside I think it stands on it's own pretty well. One of my favorites this season, as it turns out. I watched it on a whim, but I'm glad I did, because it's fun so far. I'm curious to know more about their powers.

I just started this today and I'm already on episode 5. I'm really intrigued by the premise of this and I like the characters. I started watching this because I saw a post on tumblr about the missing family member and was really interested by that haha.... I want to know where the brother is, if he exists.

Episode 5...? You better continue. Or... maybe not.

That was an intense episode. The character who was focused at the end (keeping things vague on purpose lol) is probably one of my fave characters from the series and as a result I was at the edge of my seat while watching the sequences unfold. It was very predictable but still makes me want to know what happens next really bad. The very definition of a good episode, that is. :p

I think this calls for an end for superpower of the week now that episode 6 hit a turning point. There were hints of what may come so I wasn't that surprised about what happened when the power was revealed but I was more concerned about what

Ok so I started watching this a few weeks ago and I finally caught up to the latest ep just today and oh my

I'm planning to watch this later in the season, is it worth it? After Glassip I'm kinda scared of PA WORKS.

That episode was weird as fuck. But maybe that was intentional. Idk. I wasn't really a big fan of how quickly the MC could deal with what happened. Would've liked to see him struggle more. It just seemed very conveniently and kinda messily done.

First episode was awesome. Next 4-5 episodes are SoL. 6th was Jun Maeda dropping the emotional heavy bomb on us and 7th was a weird episode. It is safe to say that I need more time to actually decide whether or not to recommend it. But it sure doesn't seem like it'll be as bad as what I've heard of glasslip. No matter how much it falls. Which it probably won't. Dunno.
