Commonalities

I mean... they're all ways to send each other private messages, right :)

Tokyo, Naples, Seattle

hint: something dangerous is close... :o

I was thinking they're all next to the sea, but... Seattle is in a bay, and not really that close to the sea.... hmmm...

Well... they're all next to the water at any rate 😇
Water can be dangerous with floods or potentially tidal waves.

hmmm....

Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Cars
Hint: Studio
Has more than one commonality though

Sweden, Ukraine, Palau

I think it's the flag colours (blue & yellow) =3

Never heard of Palau, so I just went 'no way that's a European country' =p
Google showed me their flag while I was looking at the map though.... xD

I was indeed thinking of the colours of their flags!

All Pixar films and all three have Joe Ranft and John Ratzenberger in them somewhere. There's so many links I can think of though!

Clay Aiken, Adam Lambert, La'Porsha Renae

Hint: not everyone can win...

Runners-up to American Idol (I had to google each name though XD)

Eddie Hall, Hafthor Bjornsson, Martins Licis.
Hint: the strongest.
Spoiler:

Sweden, Ukraine, Palau
I started to write the answer, but I didn't post because I couldn't come up with a commonality to ask to the next user XD

Actually I recognize one of those names: Eddie Hall.
He was in a strongmen tv show I sometimes happened to catch before going to work. The other two listed aren't in that tv show, but I'm just gonna straight up assume they're all strongmen. The hint implies they each won something..... so, now to consult google for a strongmen competition name =p

*one google search later* They all won the 'World's Strongest Man' competition (2017, 2018 & 2019 respectively) ^.^

South-Africa, Brazil, Russia
Hint: Football/Soccer

Wave :)
I didn't know about Mexican waves though

Siren, Sphinx, Minotaur.
I'm not sure any hint is needed here :)

You have my sword.
And my bow.
AND MY AXE!
(The Lord of the Rings, when all heroes meet and agree to help Frodo, who holds the ring)

Man, Cave, Mobile.
Hint: superhero.

Mythological creatures
Siren and Minotaur are Greek. Sphinx is Egyptian at least, dunno if Greek mythology also has references to it?
Actually there are Sphinges in Greek mythology; there is probably at least one that you know: the one that gave this riddle to Oedipus: Which creature has one voice and yet becomes four-footed and two-footed and three-footed?

They're all used for cooking?
You can eat them with bread?
They're full of fatty acids?
They're non-meat animal products?
You can fry them? (yes, even yogourt, even if I'm not sure which law of thermodynamics allows it)

:P
Dairy products lol

HDD, SSD, USB stick
Hint: usage.

Easter?
Not sure what "Color" brings though?

Pokémon, Siralim, Temtem
