True, having friends is always a good thing, especially in times of need.
 
Concerning schools... Let's just say I'm very glad to be back in public school.

Virtual school was a big mistake for me, but a great lesson to have learned. *puts in back pocket*
 
dang, I kinda miss being in school. not the classes or anything that would actually help me in the future, it's more of the friends and the moments we had when we were supposed to be paying attention to class.

ah good times. Enjoy it while you can, because once you stop it's very hard to get back.
 
I can't do online/self-study classes. They don't seem as pressing for me so I don't do my work and then I fail them.

:( I'm so glad my parents said a flat-out no when I begged to be homeschooled back in grade 7, lmao.

I have 5 books that she wrote but I never read them. I think she writes a lot fantasy-vampire-ish stuff, but she also wrote two 'normal' books. [/late]


I went to a public school my whole life. and I'm lucky with that. :3 German schools are different to americans a lot. Not that much security-stuff. I love school because my friends are there, but the rest...nah... I'll finish in 1 and a half year, so lets enjoy grade 12 and 13. and then work. :/
 
I think I would have exploded being home schooled. It must be so boring. Normal school is boring sometimes - even with a full class. I wonder how homeschooling would be?
 
School at home would suck. What's the fun in school if you can't see your friends?
 
I've been homeschooled for these past two years. I like it mainly because I don't have to wake up super early.

Same here. I thought it was for the really rich kids so their parents don't have to worry about their safety. Says what I know right? I guess home schooling would help you because you would probably focus on your studies more.
 
I prefer going to an actual school over online or home schooling. You get to meet friends and stuff.
 
I think I had the perfect amount of homeschooling. I was only homeschooled for my last two years of High School, so I already had friends and by the time I started homeschooling I could drive. Though I met some of the kids who had been doing it their whole life and they were way to sheltered.

You have no idea how hard it can be to concentrate on doing all of your school work with a TV, Computer, Playstation, DS, and Cell Phone all right next to you D:
