This is kind of off topic but I feel like talking about something else. xD
I never exercise and I just did 15 minutes of exercising. I did;
100 wall push ups
30 Squat Thrusts
50 sit ups
50 leg lifts
5 minutes of jogging in place
And it felt great. My heart is still beating so fast. I am still sweating. WOO! But, I know 15 minutes isn't a lot. But I usually just sit around all day and talk on aim not to mention I weigh 260 pounds, I am 15 years old, and am only 5' 3". So thats a lot. -gasps-
