Karate keeps me in shape enough. I mean, sure, it keeps me fit in many regards, although it tends to trash me in the long run due to the way I train. I push myself too far in classes and always seem to have sore knees or a sore back, but I think if I train more sensibly (as in, if things hurt, don't do them), I'll get better.

School Cross Country is on Tuesday. Let's see how I go... :D

Well, I play tackle football with the guys every friday, that takes a number on my body. Thankfully I have the weekend to moan, complain, and recover. XD; I have physical fitness class (running thursday, weightlifting friday) annnd I have weightlifting class every day of the week. And some Saturdays I go to the beach and if the waves are nice enough, surf.

In short: I get plenty of exercise.

Damnit Beachy, how much free time do you have?

Wow that is awesome you guys. Unfortunately for me I need the gym. Because the place I work I stand for about eight hours. I don't get to move around much. Unless I get to do returns and stuff. Then I can move around, but it very rare. So it is the gym for me. I actually enjoy it. ^^

Are we the only thread that's still Todoroki'd?

That is good. ^^ Yeah my whole outlook of being healthy has changed me. Not only I am doing it for myself, I am also doing it for my family and friends. I want everyone to be proud of me. I finally did something right in my life. I got the determination. I will make it happen!

Yeah it seems so. They haven't changed the title back to normal yet. XD

I kinda like the title, but then again, I also kinda want it to change.
Yeah, I do. I'm using Windows 7 right now, actually.

I'm currently running Build 7048 as my main windows testing Virtual machine. (I also have XP as a VM, but I use 7 more)

How the heck did you get that build? It still says I'm using Build 7000.

I got it, and all I'm going to say, but It's fully activated. the 7000 keys work just fine for it.
as far as I can tell there really isn't much difference between the 7000 build and the 7048 build. I could never get the x86 version of the 7000 build to download, and rather than try and use leopard and an x64 version of windows at the same time I found this x86 version online and I've been using it.

I have absolutely no idea what you guys are talking about. xD
I wish I was more tech savvy!

Right now, we are talking about Windows 7. You can find out about it here. Basically, it's a beta (in other words, it's under heavy testing). There was a time that you could download the beta from Microsoft's web site.

Since it's a beta, it's really only recommended for those that are tech-savvy. Though, it's very stable from what I've seen of it. I've been using it exclusively for the past few months. I really wouldn't doubt it if someone who knows nothing about computers could install and run Windows 7 very easily. It took me a little getting used to, but I really love the new interface.

Snap! I love this computer! I'm currently transferring 200GB of info from one HD to another while simultaneously converting 2 movies, using IM, downloading a tv show and still be able to smoothly listen to music while using Safari with more than 2 tabs open! Whoo!

You're kidding...wow, that is incredible! That must be one heck of an amazing computer, then. I don't do much on a computer to warrant having a lot of power. Though, I do hope to build my own eventually. I've never had the money to do that.

I'm on the base model of last generation macbook pro, which are bested by the current generation in both CPU power and GFX. I'm happy with it, not to mention with the release of Snow Leopard (probably around September) I should theoretically be able to install and use up to 8GB of RAM in this thing!

Wow, sounds awesome. 8GB of RAM? That's a lot! XD I don't think I'd ever use that much. Though, the theoretical amount of RAM that 64-bit can handle is tremendous. I doubt we'll ever have that much RAM capacity for quite some time. XD

Actually, according to some recent notes about Snow Leopard it should be able to theoretically handle upwards of 128 or 256GB of RAM, especially if they are working with the ZFS file system as they've been rumoured to have been. (Consumer implementation of ZFS most likely won't be until 10.7)
