I donated $25 to get this forum, I need to use it more. D:

What's with PC becoming overrun with supporters now? It seems like we get two new members donating every day. Not that it's a bad thing, but what spurred everyone to donate?
 
Um. They caught onto the amazingness that is the VIP forum? Except not really since it's dead.
 
I was thinking blogs, but.. didn't we have a blog phase a while ago?
 
I don't remember that... seems to be really recent though. :O
 
I think it was a combination of blog + using images in profile + increased pm space/avatar-profile pic size/ the pretty/handsome blue username and bar.

I have to admit I am seeing more supporters with less than 100 posts than ever before.
 
I think I had a little over 100 posts when I donated, so I don't count in that. XD
It does surprise me that there are so many new supporters, though. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing that they decided to donate so early, though.
 
I didn't donate early. I donated a year ago but I got a new account >).

However, when I did donate, it was because I wanted the benefits of a supporter and the cool blue username.

I remember when I was still a lurker here. PC's supporters used to be purple. I really liked that colour, I thought they made the supporters unique. The day I joined though, they changed the colour to blue ><. You could imagine my reaction. I though I was modded at first and then realised they changed the colours. Staff hated me XD.

Want the original supporter Koroku?
 
I'm just thanking God that Pink didn't win. D: Not that I don't like pink, but it just wouldn't have looked right. And that would have turned all the guys on PC from donating.
 
Pink? Oh, wow. That definitely would not have looked right. That probably wouldn't stop me from donating, but I'm glad it didn't win. (I don't hate pink, it's just not one of my favorite colors.)
 
And I didn't donate... I just went along with da flow... or whatever supporterness came with. XD;
 
I'm probably one of the very few people that didn't donate for the perks. The only one I immediately used was access to the VIP forum. It took me a while to begin to use the other features.
 
Ha, when I first realised that the VIP forum existed I was in no rush to use it. XD;

Although I did like six hours later, lol.
 
I didn't even know about the VIP Forum whenever I donated. (Even though it is listed on the donations thread.) It really surprised me to see the Supporter HQ that morning. XD
