You've gotta love the feeling of posting in a DCC thread and then nobody responding to it. :P

You can expect one of two arguments here:

1. CMON GUYS! LET'S GET ACTIVITY UP! WE CAN DO IT!

2. Eh, we all know it is just going to die again in the future, might as well kill it now...
 
and when I was a normal member I though there was some super secret awesome convo in these VIP Forum I am disappointed >.>

Mainly because, and I stand by this, there is no reason giving a discussion that isn't specifically supporter related because it will just be seen by less people...

Pretty much. Aside from the DCC, which is getting closer to the Weekly CC, it's just suggestions for/against our perks and the odd "We might be getting a colour change so let's vote... oh, too much effort. Scrapped." thread once every 15 months or so.

One thing that sticks in my memory is the caption contest we used to have. That was good and the supporter limitation kept the numbers reasonable and the quality high. That might be worth a look. :D
 
I have to agree. No point in having chat topics here when we can put them in the regular OVP or Other Chat and reach a wider audience. We need some sort of activity that brings life to this section. Actually, a caption contest sounds like a pretty good idea... I've always liked seeing what others come up with for those :)

OT: I keep wanting to post in that accent recording thread, but I feel stupid recording with family members around :P So I might tomorrow.
 
I recorded with my sister and niece being around the house. Thankfully I had my door shut, and my phone (where I recorded my challenge from) didn't grab any background noise.

Supporter Caption contest needs moar supporters :(
 
hey guys guess what? we can add title tags and links in poll options, so theoretically I can add a poll to the contest as long as there isn't more than 25 participants with title tags displaying what the caption was and links to the posts themselves, so fancy. :3

oh well, if people vote it'll be continued.
 
It's... a perk for anyone and apparently always been a perk. XD

I just tested using mod powers though and editing someone else's poll haha :x

So in other words, only the first 25 entries will be counted? :P oh and I'm sorry to say your lovely new brown theme is making my phone lag, so back to PokéLink 4 for me. :cer_laugh:

I just don't think I can handle having different themes on different devices. That sort of inconsistency... I need some STABILITY! :cer_disbelief: I'm a minimalist. Don't take it the wrong way. :P

I dunno, you're up to 20 as it is. Keep your hopes up. 3 days remain. I'll be checking regularly, shaking with sheer suspence :D
