I wish that Liepard had a better moveset/stats.

Granted, but its type changes to ground, losing its STAB on dark moves.

Granted but it ends up being Rattata EX which only knows Scratch for 4 energies of different types, only dealing 10 damage with 30 HP! Konami plz

Granted, but now Magikarp evolves in level 94 and learns Tackle and Flail not earlier than level 72 and 91 respectively.
