Latias @ Latiasite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Reflect Type

Survives anything and then outspeeds and KOs with Ice Beam

Tyranitar @Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Stone Edge
-Crunch
-Pursuit
-Superpower

Without Reflect Type, it can 2HKO with Stone Edge or Crunch or do massive damage with Pursuit anticipating a switch. With Reflect Type, it can 2KHO with Stone Edge or OHKO with Superpower. Meanwhile, Latias has no reliable method of damaging TTar.

Mawile @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off

Intimidate lowers the attack and then Mawile resists everything except Superpower. KOs with Play Rough.

Steelix @Steelixite
Ability: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 56 Def / 200 SpD
Impish Nature
-Earthquake
-Roar
-Heavy Slam
-Stealth Rock

Can tank five of any of M-Mawile's unboosted attacks and 2HKO with EQ or Heavy Slam. If M-Mawile goes for Swords Dance it can still survive and 2HKO (just) or simply phase it out.

Nihilego:
[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokémon! SM v.2

-Power Gem
-Sludge Bomb
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Thunderbolt
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

Even with no investment in special bulk, Nihilego takes a pittance from Moltres' attacks and KOs back with Power Gem.

Dugtrio-Alola @ Life Orb
Ability: Tangling Hair
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Stone Edge

Immune to half its moves and 4x resistant to Power Gem, with HP Ice not really doing much. Both its STABs OHKO.

Primarina @ Choice Specs
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Energy Blast

One specs Hydro Pump and Dugtrio faints. (It can tank at least one hit)

Primarina's only a check, not a counter, as if it switches into any of Dugtrio's STABs it dies the next turn. Hydro Pump's accuracy makes it even less reliable against Dugtrio. Air Balloon Primarina would save the day.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 232 Def / 28 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Slack Off
- Calm Mind

Doesn't take much damage and can win with Scald and recovery.

Gourgeist-Super @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Synthesis
- Foul Play
- Leech Seed

Can't do much to Cacturne, but stalls out with burn and Synthesis.

Sliggoo @ Eviolite
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Careful Nature
- Curse
- Outrage
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Tanks absolutely anything Zard throws at it, even being immune to Solar Beam. Can 3HKO with Outrage, but also rest off damage to avoid the possible 4HKO by Focus Blast. Once Focus Blast is out of PP, Sliggoo has no fear.

252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 88+ SpD Eviolite Sliggoo: 77-91 (22.6 - 26.7%) -- 30.4% chance to 4HKO

0 Atk Sliggoo Outrage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 126-148 (42.4 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

- Toxic
- Recover
- Surf
- Sludge Wave

Jirachi @ Normalium Z
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 12 HP / 236 Atk / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Iron Head
- Zen Headbutt
- Drain Punch
- Happy Hour

I have a question: what counts as "hax"?

If I go for Iron Head with Jirachi, I'm statistically more likely to flinch than not (60/40). Would it be fair to assume that NOT flinching is "hax", then?

(Not trying to take anything away from Chase, him posting Jirachi just reminded me of my question)
