@Igiko - I don't know if this counts, but I'm wearing my rainbow belt today, and I remembered a post you made in that topic Zet made, and I checked to see if it had purple on it, and it has little purple studs on it. :D Not much, but yeah.

Like live_wire said, it's the thought that counts :D
I have to go to work today, so I'm wearing a purple ribbon around my wrist since I can't wear colored shirts under my uniform.

I don't have any purple in my closet. I do have a pink v-neck shirt, though! But it's kind of tight on me and I really don't like it like, really tight. Considering I prefer "muscle fit" clothing as opposed to loose clothing since it makes me feel and look much bigger than I am.

My purple michigan jacket finally serves a purpose. ^3^
I honestly thought maybe I could reepaint my sweater, but I'm too lazy. :3
But I can easily make something whitw of mine pink if I though something red in there... ^_~
*stares at my charmander and chuckles evily*

One thing I find weird though, is that my irl friend was dressed in purple today in school. I don't even know if she is aware of or knows about Spirt Day... xD;

I too was unaware of this day. And in a previous post, I mentioned the current status of my only article of purple clothing.

Instead I'm wearing green and brown, for no particular reason other than it's nearing laundry day.

I never really understood the point in wearing a color to represent something.

Most cases for me, since I hardly ever have the color that's needed to show spirit or acceptance for something, it's made me feel like I give off a wrong impression by not wearing that particular color when I simply don't have that color to show my acceptance or spirit for it. I've always preferred wearing a ribbon that's given away for free to everyone. Have spirit or support it? Wear the ribbon. Don't support it? Throw it out or give it to away to someone who does support it.

Well, it's more of a memorial thing / respect thing. My purple shirt didn't work with my outfit, so I wore a gray shirt with a lot of purple on it. n_n;
It's whatever, though. I didn't really expect this event to receive that much coverage, really. It's kind of nice ^-^;

Speaking of clothes...I need to do laundry tonight @_@

At my school, they say that purple, today is to remind ourselves about those who have committed suicide because bullying...

...I don't really care how to show it; color or not.
*Eats a blue banana*

I'm "sorta" color blind anyway. ^-^

Middle school was prime bullying years for me. After I entered high school, it died down considerably and I don't recall being bullied at all after 10th grade. And I attended public schools too. Go figure.

When I started secondary/high school, I was often bullied because I was shy, timid, quiet. All those sorts of things. I was often left out, I had no friends, just some group of girls from my year I tagged along with so I wouldn't have to go around on my own. Now I've changed to a school which helps people who have been bullied, I'm more open around people. I have friends now. Since we all had the same bad experience with school. /woo yay for going personal.
