Haha, Nami surely is something, isn't she? And man, her looks after the timeskip are just mmmm. <33

But yeah, I like Zoro better than Nami. He's just too cool. And the way he gets lost everytime...hilarious! XD;

Edit: And I was like..10 when I played that. Gold, I mean. XD;
 
Not a OP fan really (though I wouldn't mind starting on the manga someday), but I do like the works of someone who worked with the OP mangaka :D

I can't remember how old I was when I played Gold. Definitely younger than Dero though. I think I was seven or eight when I got Yellow...

The time skip was extremely beneficial, to say the least. xDDD

@ Karp Yeah I've never seen somebody hating' on Johto before.

Well, the reason I played it so late was because I never knew about the existence of pokemon games. I accidentally came across an emulator and a gold rom in one of the 'local game CDs' we get over here. People randomly stuff a lot of things inside those CDs to make some quick but illegal buck over here. XD; Lucky for me, that started my pokemon journey.

Edit; I wanna see all the characters after the timeskip. Nami, Robin and Zoro, especially. <3
 
Johto isn't self I have not seen people hate on. I have seen aspects in the new games that have been hated on though. Namely the Game Corner which was nerfed. And the lack of overall trainers or at least trainers with high level pokemon. Then there is the no trainers outside of the rival on Victory Road.

Haha, his badassness and his forgetfullness are two of the aspects that make Zoro truly smexy. <3
 
I remember Luffy, and then I remember how on TVTropes they say Natsu is an Expy of Luffy :D

If anything, Luffy could make my bishie list, but he'll have others to compete with. Namely Yoh (Shaman King), Soul (Soul Eater), and Natsu. Probably Haru (Groove Adventure Rave/Rave Master), too.

You could always try to get someone to de-make the games. The general nostalgic consensus will still probably be that every pokemon sucks cause they changed, and if they didn't they'd complain that they didn't change.

I really doubt it. The shallow plot and bad Pokemon made it really hard to like the most recent non-remake games.

Okay, maybe not the 'cutest', but yeah. XD

And it is kinda unfortunate that you couldn't, Derk. I actually started my journey with Gold. Hence, I played Gold before playing Red. Used emulator, tho. XD;
 
Magikarp is the best what are all of you talking about

He can kill Arceus by saying "You shall die-SPLASH ATTACK"

And he is the only reason why Splash is so weak, it used to be so powerful it trumped even a Chuck Norris Roundhouse kick. It had 1,000,000,000,000 BP and it's effect way the foe's team dies. And so Arceus made Splash weak cause he was afraid of such a powerful Pokemon
 
Obviously the Sad Cabbage Pokemon beats the Fish Pokemon.
