Daily Chit-Chat -- Autumn and/or Spring Edition

Last Christmas... I was forced to wake up at 5:30AM.

By 8:00AM my presents were opened and I was back in bed. Didn't wake up again until 2:30 PM.
 
5:30 is a bit extreme...
My parents say, no waking up before a certain time, normally at like 7:45~...
And if we do wake up, we have to stay in bed until that time to open presents!
 
I'm probably not going to do much on Christmas. I think we are going to North Carolina to visit my grandma for a bit.
 
I'm going with the family to our beach (actually 15 minute away from the coast) house where we will do... nothing out of the ordinary. Just the usual opening of presents, some sort of deluxe continental breakfast, then sitting around aimlessly before we have Christmas dinner which sadly usually does not involve a casual dining restaurant :/

And all the while I'll be crunching numbers in order to determine my net profit or loss for the holiday season.

Family? What family do you have if you're actually 85 and your supposed one true love is a cartoon character?
 
I've never understood why people lie about their age, especially on a site like this... (Unless they're like, 12 or something.)
 
hmm i swear there was age discrimination here a while ago. Captain Hobo got dissed about being 10 with a GF or something, I can't remember. Ceebs searching for it, so you'll have to take my word for it.
