I dunno. When I can't sleep, I do strenuous tasks that involve either physical or mental usage. Reading for hours tends to help.
That's actually pretty bad when you can't sleep, haha. :( It wakes you up more than anything. It's why exercising before bed isn't recommended.

/insomnia experrrrt

I've had it legit since mid-October. ;_;

I don't have insomnia, I just have a screwed up sleep schedule. I sleep after about 30 minutes of twisting and turning in bed.

Seriously though guys.

Ah...the miracle of booze. I still can't legally drink here in the US, but when I go over to Puerto Rico I always take a little sip of something. And I mean little. I hate rum. >.<
Gross. On Christmas Eve, my mom had me try a few drinks. I gagged. D:
Just went on a massive cleaning spree in my room/basement. Feels good man.
I'M ABOUT TO RESUME CLEANING MINE. :D

Really? Huh.

I guess so. I just started reading about it.. I've displayed some of the symptoms, but I think mine are due to a bad sleeping schedule.

I just sleep after a while. Usually something like half an hour to an hour of thinking and rolling around in bed does the trick :\ It's annoying when my mind tries to think and I just want to relax and go to sleep :<

I've more or less completely obliterated any sleeping patterns I did have. A prime example would be just last night, I slept from 10.30pm til 3am and then was up for the rest of the night. Needless to say, i'm paying for it today as i've been walking around like the living dead since this morning.

But i'm not going to sit and complain about it, it's not a medical condition or anything, it's my own stupid fault for not being able to force myself away from my laptop and sleep.

I've found that I fall asleep much easier if I never actually do anything while awake while seated/lying down on my bed. It has something to do with the body/mind becoming accustomed to the feel of the bed and not associating it with being a surface to sleep on. But maybe that's just something unique to me, or just a placebo effect.

Am I the only one who tries to go to sleep with some classical or rather slow music playing really low? I find it relaxes me, but sometimes it does the exact opposite and is the reason that I can't fall asleep. Speaking of which, last night I fell asleep to As Long As You're Mine from Wicked on repeat 1. So relaxing.

I think it's the case of everyone who listens to music before sleeping, like me!

I'm a ridiculously light sleeper so I can't sleep with any sort of noise at all. There have been times when i've been so tired that i've fallen asleep with the TV on, though it's quite rare.

Really? I sleep with the T.V. on all the time. =O

Guess I'm a heavy sleeper. XD;
Thought I normally wake up at like, 4:00 a.m.
