I find it cool this lunar eclipse wasn't only on the winter solstice, but also on my mother's birthday. :D

That's..definitely not what happens when experiencing a hurricane...at least, that's not my experience. ~-~;

Anyway, weather. Yes. It's summer over here. It's also cold. That makes no sense, considering it's almost Christmas. It's cold. Well, I kinda consider anything not hot to be pretty cold for us. Usually it'd be averaging mid-to-high 30's C (80/90's F) but at the moment, it hasn't topped 30 in the last week. :| The entire month's average so far remains under 30 ._. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but it's very very strange.

The biggest damage that ever happened at my house was a heavy branch that fell and dented our fence. :/

I remember that age always used to be a contest when I was younger... even just being a couple days older than someone made you better than them, but now it really doesn't seem to matter. lol

lol We once had a type 1 (something along those lines) tornado, it picked up a kids' playset 15 feet in the air and landed it square beside a house. That same storm surge flooded the West Edmonton Mall and ruined a hockey card shop.

I think tornadoes probably cause more damage in Florida than Hurricanes do considering we haven't been hit by one in a long time.

I've always liked tornadoes, for some reason. I think it's because of the Wizard of Oz. b.b;

In the town where I went to High School, the bank was like messed up, and the main gas station's front collapsed. It was ~crazy~.

Ugghhh... I got my first Xmas card today. It had $20. One step towards Boxing Day. Oh yeah. I also need to get something for my mother's birthday. Maybe a single rose and a card.

It probably seems like a cliché, but get a nice bottle of perfume too. And not something from Walmart either.
