Are school was getting budget cuts so next year we were going to only have 1 elcetive. But the state actually managed to fund for next year. Also there were going to be schools shut down due to the budget.

We had budget cuts too. Our classes were cut from 7 to 6, and some elementery schools were closed. I think some classes and clubs ect. were cut too. The school board was thinking about closing a high school or two, mine being the first one. There are three public high schools altogether. A referendum was passed though, so all three high schools will remain open. :) It's a good thing that the plan for one mega high school didn't pass, since there are huge rivalries between schools. If everyone was put in one school, there would be fights 24/7.

Good thing plus our school was thinking something like that by making a high school and a middle school together like it was 13 years ago when I was basically born.
 
Eh...our school had budget cuts for a long time. We hadn't been able to pass a levy since the 70s so we were on the verge of being taken over by the state, and I think they would have abolished all our electives and extracurricular activities...we actually got a levy passed last year, which was for like six-million dollars or something...but for the time we were in trouble, we did lose some teachers and programs...we lost the a-la-carte line at lunch, they dropped the French program, a few aides were fired, some other programs were suspended, we don't have dances anymore, stuff like that...you'd think now that we're a rich school again that they'd reinstate all this stuff but they're still cheap misers...they're even going to build a new grade school and renovate the high school but they won't even give us our dances back! Makes me pretty angry...
 
Yeah! Summer Vacation has arrived....... yesterday actually! After a very boring day in school, we were finally let loose! My mom's birthday was yesterday, and I could tell one of her wishes was for me not to go on PC, so that's why I wasn't on hehe....
We did a queen theme for her. We had decorated the house with royal colors, and did all sorts of other things; it was fun!
 
My mom allowed my to stay home from school today, since nothing happens today anyway (except Spanish finals!!!). Right now I would be in Literature. Ugh, I'm glad I skipped.
 
She did? Man...I could have a broken arm, leg, 2 gouge out eyes and throat cancer and my mom would STILL make me go to school...and she'd make me walk there for complaining...

eesh...BOO ya!

That probably means youur mom realy wants you to get a education and skip days at school but atleast your out of school now right.

I got apathy, Its totaly correct for Me IRL, but online with my friends its different. Although when I'm with my best IRL friend or in some place like Alien Worlds(comic/gaming store) I'm more out spoken, because I'm with people more like me :tired:

I don't know...I suppose so o_O I didn't know when I took the test though...actually a few guys have taken the test already so they must have thought it was ok too...I didn't really check first, the questions on it didn't seem geared toward females *shrug*
