Hey! Don't mock the Florida!
*gets into a boxing position*
Just kidding hehe...

Well, it rains a lot here, but I suppose you said you didn't want to already so that's a big no-no hehe...
I would like to live in California or Texas. That would be so cool! I'm tired of plam trees hehe..
What about Seattle Washington? It rains alot there! Well maybe i'll live by you some day.

Florida is way to hot but here in alaska its very nice cause its not to hot but not to cold.

I never said Florida was paradise! But Connecticut is definitely not paradise either... not that anyone would even think that it was! We get the whole on/off rain storms too. They get rather annoying! And we get hurricanes as well... just by the time they reach us they've died down a bit. We don't get a lot of hail though. But snow! Yeah we get a lot of that! Or at leat this year we did... snow and sleet! Oh that's worse than snow. Freezing rain falling from the sky and freezing the roads... that's a lot of fun! The only reason people, especially people that live up north, think of Florida as paradise is because compared to our weather it is! And the weather channel was never reliable... especially up north once again...

Did you know that Connecticut sort of protects NY from hurricanes? :P
My dad makes me bring an umbrella whenever I go to the park because of rapid change in weather. Even if was super sunny!
I'd die if I lived in Greenland. XD

Here in Minnesota, we have some very extreme weather changes. In the winter, it's not uncommon for it to get below zero. Even 20 below zero. In the summer, it's not uncommon for it to get in the 90's. Also, in one day it could be sunny, cloudy, rainy, hot, cold, foggy, and hail. All in one day. Today was an example. Also, there are many tornado's in Minnesota. Luckily, there are no hurricanes or earthquakes. In my city, since I live on a big hill, there aren't any floods either.

Yep, that's us too! It get's down below zero all the time in the winter here too! This year we even had to take a "cold" day off from school because it was so cold that if we were outside for 10 minutes we could get frostbite. I don't remember the temperature though. And in the summer we get over 100! We have over a 100 degree temperature range! But at the moment it seem unlikely that it will be a nice warm summer... or that summer will come at all! But in New England you can't even predict the next day's weather...

We had a "cold day" too for one day of school that we got off. It was so cold that day, that if you were outside for 5 minutes, you would get frostbite. It was terribly cold. About 30 below zero. We had 3 snow days too. Luckily we won't have to make up any school. If we had one more day off though, it would of been different...

I think our "cold" day was close to 20 below. I don't remember though. Unfortunatley I do have to make up that day plus two snow days. We have to make up everyday we miss because of weather. *sigh* The price I pay for living in New England I suppose. Either way I don't get out until the end of June.

Hmm... my throat hurts now. And my eyes burn. That can't be a good thing. I wonder if I'm getting sick now...

Hey, I never accused you of saying it! I just said "people" hehe...
Hmm, yeah, theose on/off rainstorms get really annoying, especially when it happenes everyday in the summer. A word of advice: Never come to Florida in the summer! Especially if you're planning to go to Disney World or an amusement park of some sort! You'll be too busy trying to cool off then have fun! It can get up to 110 degrees.....yikes...
I would actually like to see how weather in the snow is like. I'm not calling it paradise either, but it would be interesting to see how you guys cope with it. I've been in the snow before, but it was very light.

As for hurricanes, you have a hurricane watch for weeks on the news, telling you that you have to get supplies, put the shutters up, climb into your bathtub and put a mattress over your head when it comes.
.....and do you know what happens?
It changes direction at the last moment!
It's so annoying! It's not like we wanted it, but all the hustle we went through for weeks was for nothing!
....but when it does it, whoo boy!
It isn't pretty hehe...

*snaps*
That's not a good thing.
That's exactly how I felt the day before I had the flu. :P
Is your mouth dry?

We got off for 2 weeks because of a freak accident in the gym. Some kid thought it was a good idea to blow a cherry bomb in every classroom in the school.
Before school started last year, somone made the fire sprinklers in the gym to go off, and the whole gym was flooded. When school started, no one was allowed to go in the gym for about two weeks. I had gym class too, for third period. We had to go outside and run around the football field. We had to do that anyway during the fall. :P

I never said you accused me of calling it paradise either! I just I never called it that! And I'm already going to Florida in the summer. Oh well... I don't really care about getting too hot or anything. I miss hot weather! Really I do! It does get up pretty high in temperature here too... whether you would think it or not! We get above 100 ya know! And it's always humid... the sticky, gross humid. Eww... that's never fun...

As for snow... you don't want to be in it! Trust me... we've had enough this year. How we cope with it? Yeah... I complain about it! But that's just me. It's not fun I'll just say that. There are so many traffic accidents because of the snow too. And in the morning it takes a half hour at least for my mom's car to thaw out so she can take me to school. And it's just cold! I'm not a big fan of cold weather... but I bet you know that by now...

When we get hurricanes it's pretty much just a lot of rain and the winds have died down a lot. By the time it gets up here and all it's dead... most times! We've had some bigs ones... but they were all like before I was born. We had a tornado when I was in 6th grade too! I wasn't here though... I was in Boston that day and when we got home we found out that there had been a tornado. A whole bunch of trees had gotten uprooted and a lot of things got destroyed... but it wasn't too bad...

I didn't think my sore throat and burning eyes was a good thing! Is my mouth dry? Now that you mention it... yeah I guess it is! Oh no...

Did anybody else watch the Survivor finale? It was a fiasco...everyone was fighting and the audience was booing everyone...and I can't believe that disgusting couble Rob and Amber made it to the final two...at least Amber won...I couldn't stand Rob -.-

Why do people think its funny to blow the school to kingdom come.

Uh...oh. How did my flu spread across the internet? :P
If you find yourself coughing next or feeling dizzy take some medicine before it gets worse. I'm telling it from my own experience. XD

Yes, listen to the people with exprience.

Okay, then that little "paradise" thing is settled then hehe...
Florida is the king of humidity hehe...
You literally get cooked alive here. Stay out for too long and you're sure to dehydrate. And that's never fun! Nope!

Hmm, I know that well enough hehe..
I would love to stay in the cold weather! I'm sick and tired of heat, heat, heat! It would be great to grab a blanket and watch the snow drift down outside. It seems to be easier to warm up, then cool down. And at least you can play in the snow! You're just asking for it if you play in the heat. The humidity kills hehe...
I guess you and I are just opposites when it comes to weather!

I've never actually went through a hurricane. All of them have come dangerously close, but turn away at the last second. They even defy the odds...what's up with that hehe...
There was an extremely bad one called hurricane Andrew. I was still in California when it happened, but I heard enough stories to learn of the misery it brought! Nothing good! I just hope I'll never have to go through one as bad as that one!
Tornado huh? Good thing you weren't there! That was a close one!
I can't help but think of "Twister" hehe..

Uhh, not a good thing! Is it flu season or something? Everyone in my family is sick except for me!
I hope you get better Snowangel! That's exactly how I was a few days ago, but it was only a cold.

You dont want the cold cause you always get wet and sometimes get lost cause you cant see anyhting but snow for miles around. Also you have to wait for your stuff to dry or you could get sick or even killed.
