Well maybe the reason we're opposites when it comes to weather preferences is because we want the opposite of what we're used to! All I've seen in the past few months was snow, snow, rain, sleet, snow! And I haven't actually played in the snow in a few years! I think I went sledding last winter but this year I hated anything that had to do with snow so I stayed inside! I suppose warming up is easier than cooling down. Remember... I do get both extremes! Let's not forget that! In the summer it seems like we pray for snow and in the winter we pray for sun.100marios said:Okay, then that little "paradise" thing is settled then hehe...
Florida is the king of humidity hehe...
You literally get cooked alive here. Stay out for too long and you're sure to dehydrate. And that's never fun! Nope!
Hmm, I know that well enough hehe..
I would love to stay in the cold weather! I'm sick and tired of heat, heat, heat! It would be great to grab a blanket and watch the snow drift down outside. It seems to be easier to warm up, then cool down. And at least you can play in the snow! You're just asking for it if you play in the heat. The humidity kills hehe...
I guess you and I are just opposites when it comes to weather!
I've never actually went through a hurricane. All of them have come dangerously close, but turn away at the last second. They even defy the odds...what's up with that hehe...
There was an extremely bad one called hurricane Andrew. I was still in California when it happened, but I heard enough stories to learn of the misery it brought! Nothing good! I just hope I'll never have to go through one as bad as that one!
Tornado huh? Good thing you weren't there! That was a close one!
I can't help but think of "Twister" hehe..
Uhh, not a good thing! Is it flu season or something? Everyone in my family is sick except for me!
I hope you get better Snowangel! That's exactly how I was a few days ago, but it was only a cold.
Yeah I was in Boston when the funnel cloud (that's what we've been calling it!) hit. It only hit my town though... it wasn't very big. Or so I've heard. I wasn't actually there! I kinda wish I got to see it though. I miss everything...
And thanks... I don't think I have the flu though. But my throat does seem to hurt. But no coughing yet! And if I feel dizzy it'll most likely be because my lamp is so bright! Ah well... I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out if I'm sick!
