Although I don't participate, I can see why one should do such a thing. It helps show the peoples mind in who they see is fit for the job, and could potentially make the choice easier.

It's quite fun at times, especially given I got most of my predictions spot-on.

But yeah I'm also crying right now because... Chase is resigning...

It's fun because of the excitement you feel when one of your predictions was right and you knew they were perfect for the role.

That's why I dislike making predictions though :P because you have a 50/50 shot at getting it right or wrong, and I usually just don't like taking chances in that manner

People obsess way too much over staff promotions. Let it be, if you get promoted then good for you, now you have an obligation to stay and keep up with stuff. Doesn't mean you're better than someone who isn't like you.

At least that's how I look at it.
 
Reese's Peanut Butter cups are perfection... and so are KitKats. OMG I want one so bad right now u_u
