Don't know, but I love how you get a nice Sylveon figure with it! Sylveon pics are like so cute to look at.
 
Indeed. Easily my favorite Eeveelution. I just never got the hate for it.

Personally I think the reason why these food and weather topics come back is because a lot of people like talking about it, as simple as. If you (not directed at you, explicitly) don't like the topic, for example, try coming up with a clever way to steer the topic slowly.

Yup. I was looking for an opportunity to jump back to TCG collecting and seeing that thing for $10 (absolute steal IMO for that price) was a perfect opportunity for me to get back on it. Price has gone back up slightly since then.
 
I think it was the eyes that bothered most people, but those too. Personally I think its cute in a creepy nonchalant kind of way.

I could never forget when everyone was trying to speculate its type, and a lot of the suggestions were quite hilarious. It was then evidenced via Pokemon Smash thanks to a presenter dressed as Sylveon demonstrated it had a weakness to Poison and Steel attacks, which none of the existing 17 types of the time had at the same time and hence increased rumors of a new type, which was eventually revealed to be Fairy come E3.
 
Actually the rule about staying on topic went out the window, but no, we can't ban the topics. Stop being grumpy please :P
 
Indeed it was. I knew from February that whatever Sylveon was, it was not an old type. I wasn't expecting fairy to be honest, but the new type bit. Still though, left fielders like Whimsicott and Azumarill made the type sooooo worth it.
 
Fairy type is actually really cool and I'm a huge fan of them. <3

It's very funny that the Fairy-types we ended up with in the end have quite good diversity design-wise. Sadly a lot of them didn't have impressive stat totals and then, the only ones that really seemed to stand out were Togekiss, Azumarill, Gardevoir, Sylveon, Florges, Xerneas and heck even Mawile.

The Mega Evolution gave Mawile the love it needed. And I remember when I used to hate Mawile for looking weird, but oh wow Fairy-type and a Mega Evolution finally made it awesome. Especially when you take into account said Mega Evolution's ability is Huge Power.

Oh, and Klefki... cue the Boo Boo Keys jokes! I love that living keyring.

You said it dude... you said it. I love Fairy almost as much as my beloved Water Pokemon!
 
^Huge Power means Mawile essentially has 259 Base Power Attack.

I'm loving my Sylveon Collection, though. I've missed TCG.

I was glad it got Play Rough (aka the only physical Fairy move) in its moveset so that it wouldn't be completely useless... same with Granbull, considering the fact it lost STAB on Return it had previously.

And don't think her eyes are creepy... Valerie is such a beautiful Gym Leader.

Ah yes Olympia... she's even quirkier with her Gym design and ah she uses my new fave Psychic Pokemon Meowstic! I love how different they are with the gender differences, having different level-up moves and all. It's quite cool.
 
Best new Pokemon, bar Tyrantrum. Kinda wished they took it further with a 2nd stage evo for Espurr, though. Too many 1 evo lines this gen for my tastes.
