The only 2 people I 100% predicted would be modded were John at DD and Synerjee at The Welcome Lounge. Those were predictable though if you notice their activity in said sections.

Sometimes I do predicting moddy stuff as well, like checking if someone would get modded in no time. Turns out that my first prediction of the new PC mod was right (even though I'm not the only one who predicted her).

I don't think you're blacklisted or some sort though. I know some mods that learned much from not asking to be a mod, and they got modded after that (I'm unsure how long they waited, though). I think all best bet is not to ask to become one or you'll never become one.
