I bet it has. Everytime someone is removed from a usergroup without Admin powers you'll lose the powers (if I went from S-Admin to Praetor it'd be fine because both can get into the Admin CP, but if I went to S-Mod or member then I'd lose them).

Yea it was, but that was from my user title (I had font tags after my title, so everything after it was red). Once that was removed the font tags were also removed.
