1) Folds up? it's probably one of the Applin line, but... idk. I'll just go Applin.

Correct on all accounts except Applin! Applin retracts into the apple, I was going for Flapple.

Meowstic definitely fits, but it isn't what I had in mind. Hint: they have army-like camouflage patterns.

Correct. For the second one any stage of that line would do, since all 3 stages have 5 colorings, though I'd say Florges might be the best fit since at that stage the mon has combined with the colored flower it was holding in previous stages.
 
Have a few more:

1. Steals eggs from nests.

2.) Flame steals life energy.

3.) White head no longer

(Third one is really hard, heh.)
