It's not the string of numbers. That is the starting address, aka offset. If you're using 010 Editor, it's the part that is off to the left highlighted with gray. The 211A938 would probably look like 211:A930, in order to make it easier to read, then start in column 8 up at the top of the window, also highlighted in gray I believe.

The item list might be harder to create. Has anyone got any ideas on how I/someone might be able to find it? I just can't think of any way to do it.
 
i do theres a item list on most pokemon sites or just play the game and write down every item you pick up

I think if you can find ARDS codes, that may help. I know that for the list of attacks you did, I needed to add 1 to the number (hex) and search for that, while I wasn't adding the 1 so I couldn't find them.

can someone please help me with poketex. i'm just trying to change the color of the main character hero.poke

whenever i change the values on the color pallette on the top right color, i cannot get the changes to save.

I couldn't find the AR codes for attacks, I could only find them for items, and codes for all Shiny. But I did finish off the attack list. There's just one attack I can't seem to find, 0x162. So I just labeled it with "???"

EDIT: Did anyone try out the pointer for the TMs and HM's in my earlier post? Or could someone maybe tell me what is the first TM you obtain, and where it is? That way I'll check it out myself.

EDIT Again: 0x162 = Psycho Boost.

0x0162 = Psycho Boost? Is that it? I think it's Psycho Boost. Anyways TM01 is Focus Punch if thats what you mean.

About the TM's, don't worry about it. I meant the first obtainable TM in the game. I just got a walkthrough and found it.
