Do you organize/sort your PC Boxes?

Usually, I have a section for Pokemon I don't use (first like 5 boxes or so) the next box or two will be part of my party or some battle team, then I use the very last boxes to hold eggs from past hunts I just never hatched. I always have empty boxes though around 12-25 (if there's 30 boxes)
 
Reserves a box for the team (battling or HMs). Adds competitively trained Pokemon to that in postgame.

Sticks Pokemon good for breeding in their own box. Includes Dittos, good foreign Pokemon, self-bred Pokemon, and pairs of Pokemon that are heavily bred (see item below). Spans 2-3 boxes in some games.

Devoted multiple boxes to Wonder Trade behemoths. Watched Marriland's Wonderlocke challenge runs back in the day. Loved being able to influence them. Prepared Pokemon in batches of roughly twelve to eighteen each to send out. (Estimated a 3-4% chance of connecting while Sun/Moon were current. Needed a bunch. Fared better in X/Y when they were not current.) Clogged up a lot of boxes with them.

Leaves one or two boxes open for breeding. Stashes eggs and recently hatched Pokemon in there.

Tosses any other Pokemon into random boxes.
 
I just catch and put whatever boxes it currently be stored, never be more organize nor tidy
 
I don't normally catch so many Pokémon that I need to organize boxes, but when I do I like to organize them by gens, and keep a separate box for my team and HM Pokémon if needed.

First Ultra Moon playthrough, for example, I had one box per region, plus one for regional forms, one for temporal eggs, and one for Pokémon I used to try the Battle Tree.
 
Often sort them based on type, with a box or two dedicated to party members + mystery gift stuff
Was gonna sort them by Dex number in BDSP, but the game wouldn't let me.
In Sword I have them alphabetically since that game is basically my HA/aprimon Storage.
 
I barely ever use the box because I almost always just settle with a team by the 3rd badge or so lol. I'm not a fan of constantly swapping guys out.
 
While I was completing my living dex in XY I made boxes for types. I combined some types that I didn't have a lot of and gave others an entire box. Later I gave some a second box.

Currently my PC in XY is a mess. I have about 11 boxes filled with my shinies. Another 5 boxes filled with my extra shinies. A couple boxes of Foreign Pokemon. I have a Japanese Ditto but still keep these.
