Do you pay attention to PC natures?

    Pretty much what the title asks, which is the information on the side or top of some posts which says "nature". Do you get an impression of a person you've never seen before based upon it? Do you approach them differently based on what the natures say? Or have you never looked at it before? Have you used it before? If not, why not?

    No, I usually just disregard that and talk to them XD
     
    I don't get an impression.. but I usually see one's nature as how someone might describe themselves.. so I find it to be an interesting perspective on that person.

    For example... we recently had a member that would post a LOT in the forums... with over 1000 posts in only a month of being here.. yet on their nature they choose "Quiet."

    I just find it interesting :3
     
    I don't really pay attention to them. I wish there were... more, and they were more convenient to update.
     
    Nope, Never even notice them! But I must say you're the one who's putting a nature that you think reflects you best... and we all know that people are rarely objective and racional, or put in another way right about themselves!
     
    I ever payed attention to them, really. Most of those natures are found in all of us, so I don't really care.
     
    I almost never look at them. And even if I did, I doubt they would change how I feel about the person, even if I never talked to them before.
     
    I...don't. Natures tend to belie a person's personality, at least in regards to their posting style on PC. My nature is more indicative of how I am in person rather than as a poster in general.
     
    Sometimes I check them out, though obviously I don't look at the nature of every poster. I usually make up my mind about somebody by their actions, not how they consider themselves, however most of the times their natures are correct when it comes to character.
     
    Eh,not really due to the fact i don't even care about anyone but my self and i don't care what others think of me.

    I almost forgot that natures existed until Kura mentioned serious natures a while ago D:

    I usually never pay attention to their nature and I don't take it seriously either.
     
    Only when I look at their profile I pay attention but it doesn't bother me in the slightest :)
     
    I actually forgot they here at all for a while. I do look at them sometimes though, but it never alters how I think about someone.
     
    I look at them occasionally and think. Huh. That person thinks they're such-and-such a nature. Cool. Then forget about them again. I don't think they reflect on what a person is really like.
     
    I've always paid a bit of attention to them. They were actually removed from being displayed in posts for a few months in circa 2007 and I was a little disappointed at that.
    I've noticed a trend toward people with the nature 'sassy' to be ones I wouldn't get along with, but apart from that I don't find there's much a single word says. Like Kura though I find it an interesting bit of self-description. I take the feature seriously and have given myself the one I felt most appropriate.
