Should Pokemon bring back PokeRus in the next region?

Sure. Saves time in Effort Value training, with careful planning. Also likes small, random things like this that can alter playthroughs to be a hair different from the others.

EV training is considerably easier/better to do than before so I can see them getting rid of Pokerus due to it being "obsolete".

I think it could be a nifty '1 in 1,000,000' chance to give your Pokemon a neat special marking, and maybe a little reward in game, but change its use from what it was in the past to more of a novelty, make it unspreadable among other party Pokemon, and just use it as more of an easter egg akin to a really rare shiny.

Yes! I agree that EV training and the like are easier now, but I still think it would be cool if it kept its usual features to make that even easier, especially earlier on in the games. I miss how fun and exciting it was to realize my Pokémon had Pokérus, and seeing how many stats I gained each level up due to enhanced EVs made my kid self feel so powerful lol.

Would like to see something akin to Super Training return for EV training though.
