It means that the soccer team Atlético de Madrid (something like Athletic of Madrid) won the UEFA Europe League, one of the two international soccer competitions run by the UEFA (Union of European Football Associations).

Obviously, I support said team, and it's the only major title they have won in Europe since 196something.
