Ever noticed a glaring weakness in your teams?

I heard so many people construct awesome teams, not knowing the dangers they face...

So have you had any major weakness in your Pokemon in-game teams type-wise?

My Pokemon Black team has a major weakness to Dark, Ice, Ghost and Bug Pokemon, at least I have something to counter.

Ice. In both my old White team (RIP, hopefully the person who bought my old copy at GameStop will treat you well) and my current Leaf Green team for my Let's Play, I have three team members (or planned team members) who are weak against Ice. In White it was Lilligant, Golurk, and Archeops; in Leaf Green it's Nidoking, Exeggutor, and Dragonite.

In Soul Silver my major weakness was Ground (Typhlosion, Golem, Ampharos).

For Pearl and Platinum, my team was much better balanced. And at least my other team members do have countermeasures against the weaknesses.

My team's weakness is that every one of my pokemon is made to deal with a wide variety of threats instead of relying on "LOLSWITCH" because I personally find switching over 9000 levels of lame. That being said, they don't do as well as they could in switch battles because I'm both hesitant to switch them out and sometimes they don't have specific enough purposes.

Half of my Ruby team was weak to ice, my SS team was weak to rock, and my White team was weak to fighting. Thankfully I had the appropriate counter measures just to be on the safe side although I felt like I should have trained my White team a bit more at the time. My Platinum and Leaf Green teams however were solid when it came to coverage.

I constructed the best team I've made and it was kicking everything's butt, but then I realized I'd completely forgotten about fire types. ;o; Then more and more things started using fire moves, and that was it for my team. D:

Well, let's see... with my Weavile, while she's extremely fast, she can easily get OHKO'd if the opponent uses Mach Punch due to her 4x weakness to Fighting. Unfortunately, using Weavile, that's just an inevitable weakness that can't be changed. But, other than that, I really don't see any "glaring" weaknesses in my team. ...Oh, wait, if Bronzong gets up against a slow Pokemon, and he's my last Pokemon.... :\

My team of Torterra, Staraptor, Floatzel, Lucario, Garchomp and Dialga had a huge weakness to Ice attacks. That was just an example; normally, my teams have few common weaknesses.

I've noticed that my team is mostly weak to Dark Types and Fighting types,so E4 might be a bother ...

    -Serperior
    -Stoutland
    -Musharna
    -Vanilluxe
    -Seismitoad
    -Cofagrigus

That's my current team on my latest run on White

In Black I had a massive weakness to Dark, Bug, Ghost and Ice. (3 of my current team are weak to Ice) but at least I have a counter.

No matter what team I make, It's always weak to Fighting and if its not fighting its poison...
more then not double kick and other multi-hit fighting moves catch me off gaurd....like once I was on my last pokemon, and I was hit with a double kick, I forgot it was a Double kick....i was at 1hp and i was like "thank goodness its only one dou-...wait...no...no...NO!" then the second kick came...and my team died....XD

My team on my English White has a bit of a Psychic and Flying problem. Got two Fighting, a Bug, and a Grass and no Electric or Rock moves. However, my Reuniclus knows Hidden Power and luckily it's Ice, so it's not too bad. But my Psychic counter is my Lilligant. I need someone with Crunch, lol. I could use my Scolipede, but it's Poison/Bug soooo...might not be wise.

I always have this problem, because I tend to keep the pokemon in my party after around level 30. I find that after that point it's just not worth the effort to train up a new addition. So I always have weaknesses to types that aren't typically common until later, like Ice, Psychic, Steel, and Dragon. Naturally, I usually have trouble with the elite four.

Even though I have glaring weaknesses, I think it's better to have a team I've trained since very low levels, because I have a better idea of how they work together. Trying to constantly switch new types in throws me off.

With Jolteon and Ninetales my strongest party-members in SoulSilver, ground is a profound concern without immediate remedy.
