There are at least two things I hate about most anime and Japanese games I've seen. One of them is that they just HAVE to have the characters say the name of their attack as they use it. Would you ever do that? Think about it for a moment. I can understand in mild situations where you might be playing/sparing with a friend or something and you wanted to introduce a new move, but even then, I would never think to say the name more than once or twice. In more serious situations like saving the world from an overlord, that stupid cliche really kills the mood in my opinion. No one wants to know the name of your flashy move, just kill the enemy and leave it at that! How many terrorists or police agents on the news or something pull out a gun then say "MACHINE GUN RAMPAGE!!!" before opening fire? It's... unrealistic, and I would REALLY appreciate if Japan saw how unrealistic scenes like that are. If you disagree, be my guest. I'm just ranting here.
Edit 1: I'm sorry for the presumptuous claim I made that Japan couldn't tell how unrealistic they are. I take it back, but my feelings on the matter don't change.
Edit 2: When I said I didn't like the lack of realistic content, I meant that purely in terms of personality, so please don't think of me as a hypocrite by comparing something about the physics and whatnot.
