Favorite Music in a Nintendo Game?

    Just as the title asks, your favorite music in a Nintendo game?
     
    All of it, with few exceptions. Nintendo hires great Music Producers.
     
    What do you mean by a Nintendo game? Do you mean a game published by Nintendo, a game developed by Nintendo, or a game that is just on a Nintendo console?

    Either way, I have various games with great soundtracks, but the two most noticeable ones that (I assume) are "Nintendo" games are Golden Sun and Final Fantasy VI.
     
    Too many to list. Though I like alot from Mario and Zelda because Koji Kondo makes great music tracks. |D
     
    Super Mario Bros. and SMB3 had some very memorable tracks, that still hold their own 20+years later. I especially like the music for Bowser's fortresses and the underground levels.
     
    More or less, all of Nintendo's music for Legend of Zelda or more specifically, Twilight Princess. That has one of the best soundtracks in a video game that I've ever played, except for the Kingdom Hearts series. If you haven't heard it, I suggest you pick up the game or YouTube some of the music 'cause it's great.
     
    Fallin' Love from Mother is one of all time favorite tracks from any game. Beautiful song, really. Rainbow Road from Mario Kart (SNES) was another song I always liked. Ah, Diddy Kong Racing had some sweet music too.

    I love the music from the Donkey Kong Country games. It would be always so jungly and neat to listen to. Expecially the mini boss music. lol

    Another game music I like is Axelay. Another good game back in the day for SNES. ;D
     
    from a nintendo game it's a tie between the mother, pokemon hgss and animal crossing soundtrack.
    on a nintendo console i would say the megaman or the ffcc ring of fate soundtrack.
     
    Plenty of Nintendo games have great soundtracks. I fancy the compilation of music on Brawl and music from various LOZ. Mario, Metroid, and Fire Emblem games.
     
    As has been stated by several people already, there's so much great music to choose from, which makes choosing the favourites somewhat difficult. If I had to choose, though, I'd go with music from the Metroid series or the Pokemon series.
    Metroid's because of how it enhances the areas you're exploring. You always get a good feel of the area from the music, and it always fits so well.
    Pokemon mainly for the battle themes, which I (and many others, it seems) can just sit back and listen to for long periods of time.Location themes are often very nice too, but nothing beats the rush provided by the Gym Leader and Champion themes.

    Together We Ride from Fire Emblem, also known as "Fire Emblem Theme" from SSBM and SSBB. Amazing piece of music.

    It's not Nintendo made but basically every piece from Mega Man 2 is just amazing.

    This post is correct. Metroid and Pokemon have the best music.

    If youre wondering about Metroid: listen to Vs. Ridley. Thats a battle theme and a general Leifmotif. Then there is the Theme of Super Metroid. That alone should motivate you.
     
    Um, like...every song from Mother 3. ~_~ Especially Natural Killer Cyborg. Oh. My. Gosh<3
    And pretty much anything from Ocarina of Time.
     
    I like The Legend of Zelda:Wind Waker music [pretty much all of it] and some Super Mario tracks.
