What's your favorite piece of music that plays in the overworld (no battle themes) in each mainline region?
Kanto - Mt. Moon
Sinnoh - Route 30
Hoenn - Littleroot Town
Sinnoh - Oreburgh City
Unova - Nimbasa City
Kalos - Power Plant
Alola - Malasada Shop
Galar - Spikemuth

(gonna be honest here I just looked up the OSTs and clicked on random videos until I found one I liked for the last 3)

Clicked through the original soundtracks of everything but Sun/Moon. Tried to be thorough. Undoubtedly missed some. Recognizes plenty of tracks upon hearing them. Never sticks out while playing.

Kanto: Team Rocket Hideout. Stayed interesting enough.

Johto: Azalea Town. A pleasant, upbeat tune.

Hoenn: Victory Road. Liked the melody. Notes Verdanturf Town as the next best.

Sinnoh: Kurogane Mine. Seemed interesting. Gives off an air of somewhere old, unsettling, and ...delicate?

Unova: Dragonspiral Tower. Feels like an older roleplaying game of some kind.

Kalos: Route 18-20. Shrugs with indifference towards these overworld themes.

Alola: Seaward Cave. Knows this one without looking it up. Always describes it like something from Golden Sun.

Galar: Freezington. Won by far. Gets the chilly feeling from the music. Also sounds mysterious. Imagines this from a Professor Layton game. Almost chose Slumbering Weald and Wyndon City for Galar. Turns off a cliff partway through.
