Favourite National Anthem?

    I know this could maybe get nasty and if it starts to I'll run and cry to Lord Frieza about it.

    Anyway, my favourite two are the French and the Soviet Russian anthems, both sound so powerful and passionate and both are about the struggle of the peoples of those lands.





    But what about you guys? It can be from any country, I think a lot of anthems sound quite cool. I wonder what other people like though.
     
    Any anthem is good when done by the Red Army Choir



    Unfortunately you have to sit through "God Bless America" before the national anthem but they make it good anyways!


    The Star Spangled Banner isn't a bad anthem. It's just America sucks at doing everything including playing our own anthem.

    I still have to give my favorite to the Anthem of Russia>USSR>Russian Empire (same tune, different-ish words)


    Second to the German Empire


    And third to my own country I suppose, when preformed by anyone other than my own country.

    Don't worry guys, I know maybe two lines of God Save the Queen, I probably know more of To Arms in Dixie and You're a Grand Old Flag than I do of my own Anthem

    I get that, all I ever think of if I hear "Land of Hope And Glory" is the Tower of Power, too sweet to be sour, funky like a monkey, space is the place and sky is the limit ooohhhh yyyyeaaahhh Maachhoo Maaannn Maaachhooo Maaddnesss DIG IT


     
    My favourite part of the Spanish anthem is that it has no lyrics so it cannot offend anybody nor does it sound like a self ass-lick.
